By the way I am not really enjoying this week of lighter jelqing. I have got used to my grip, and anything below that seems inafective (cant feel such a pump ). EQ is very similar to last week also.

heat pad or IR light during workouts as a warm up. very important to warm up and use heat- you will see a benefit in your workout- In my opinion the warm up and heat set a solid foundation for your long term success.

During workouts? Do you mean applying heat every few minutes? because jelqing with a heat pad on is obviously impossible! I heat up 10 minutes with the rice sock method. If the session only lasts 5 minutes, there should be no need to re heat during the process…?

of course! rice sock does the job. I try to reheat here and there if i feel necessary.

Well experiment is over. Quite honestley I cant see much difference between the 2 weeks….Apart from doing them lightly feels less effective because of the lesser pump effect…So I think that the pressure I normally use is probably okay. Maybe this means I should use that pressure, without going oversay 100 jelqs…Previously I was combining both higher pressure and longer sessions ( more jelqs ), which was maybe the issue.

Maybe I just continue at 50, gradually get up to 100 at normal pressure and stick to that routine? And see what happens with a bit more time? Every session also I should start with say 10 jelqs at lighter pressure and gradually add pressure ( I was never really doing that before )…

Are you there Bill10? Advice about how to go on would be greatly appreciated…

Yesterday I went back to 50 jelqs at normal ( higher ) pressure. If my glans doesnt harden when I do a jelq stroke, I figure that isnt an effective stroke. Specially as I would like to enlarge my glans size. Bill10 you will probably curse because you advised otherwise, but I feel the need to kegel every few strokes, ( to get blood inside the penis )as soon as my erection level fades to a point where I feel the strokes are not effective. When I do so though, not only does the penis engorge, but the veins do aswell…maybe not such a good thing, as vunerable to injury…

I do perhaps 1 kegel every 10 strokes, just prior to making a grip at the base.

Do kegel in every 3rd or so jelqing rep. No problem.

Just don’t do extra kegeling through the day.

What do you mean by jelqing rep? a stroke? a session? sorry I am not familiar with the term. And can you advise me on how to proceed? Do you think my suggestion is a good plan?

( to keep on at normal pressure, start again at 50 and gradually up to 100-150 untill I feel its enough, and just stay on that, taking a weeks break every 3 weeks or so…? And wait till gains come? Maybe I was over doing it, so it halted gains? )

A , stroke. You can kegel every 3 or so strokes.

Yes, do that but take a break every 6 weeks not 3.

Normal pressure start with 50 and increase to 150 tops.

So I didnt really learn much from my experiment…Apart from the fact that I was probably over doing it, either pressure or quantity….or most probably the two combined.

If I stay at say 100-150 jelqs, would you say I could gain from that eventually? I know you cant really say…

You have to try and see.

Maybe you can schedule a routine doing those reps for six weeks take a break the seventh one and see what happens.

It is important you realized that you were doing too much.

Ok. I just measured before doing my session, ( I am at 80 jelqs so far, adding on 10 every time ) Today I was at 19cm, normally I would be at 18.6cm…( I tend to measure every day, just to make sure I can get erect to 18.6cm ) I suppose its just good EQ today ( 24hrs without sex ha ha ) but supposing it was a real gain ( too sudden to be a real gain I suspect ) would that mean stick to 80 jelqs? Or keep adding on 10? It didnt feel like I had especially good EQ by the way… maybe stick with 80 for a week and see? Or just re measure tomorow and see if its back to 18.6?

Hey mixmix,

Considering that last time you overdid it, I’d stick to those 80 jelqs for a while. The consensus seems to be that you should stick to a success routine until you stop gaining by it. Besides if this routine is still helping you increase your EQ, that’s already, effectively, a gain. Just my two cents. Happy jelqing!

Same here. Stick to 80 for a while. Say 2 weeks? Even if you measure lower you had a bigger measurement allready.
