Greetings !!

BPEL= 5 1/8 inches. (This is the only parameter I am tracking, for simplicity)

Have been around the same size for as long as I can remember. I’m 23.

I have a consistency problem. I have tried PE before, and seen initial gains but they are all temporary. I want to do something permanent. I figure that more than anything, I need to maintain focus on a constant regimen.

My regimen shall include a combination of kegels, reverse kegels, stretches and jelqs. I shall maintain a rest day between two workout days and keep this thread posted. This thread is more for my motivation and management but you guys are welcome to say something if you want to. My birthday is this week. This thread, I will continue till my 25th birthday. Hopefully by then, I shall have reached my final goal I.e. 10 inches.

I shall wish you a miracle as I don’t think luck will be quite enough. But be consistent, and you will certainly have a bigger penis by then! :)

My advice is don’t set too high goal. 5” length is really really long way to go.

The most important things is to stay consistent and to learn what works for You.

I worry that you’ve been watching porn in a very naive manner and have fallen victim to Porn Industry Marketing.

For example Johnny Sins is marketed by the porno companies as having a 10” dick. Some sites say 10”, other sites say 9.5”

But we have pictures showing that he is more like 7.5”,

I agree Drako, I have posted this many times.

If I were to advise on setting a goal, I would tell you to set a realistic goal like 1/4 inch in length. Once that is met, set another goal of another 1/4 inch and meet that. That is already 1/2 inch met which is a significant length gains, but continue to set those realistic goals. Girth is different. A goal of a 1/4 of an inch in girth gains is tough to meet, so set a goal of an 1/8 of an inch and meet that, and set your goal for another 1/8 of an inch.

The reason for the low goals is to feel the sense of not only victory, but success when accomplishing the goals, which in turn motivates you to continue on to next goal. Way too many members here set theirs very high and when it comes time to measure, they are sadly disappointed that the measurement is not even near, only to feel that they have a long road ahead of them. Those kind of goals don’t give you that instant feeling of victory or success and in some cases, deflates their motivation to continue or at least question all of this and as a result, slows them down, because lack of achievement.

You’ll probably be 7 - 7 1/2 inches by your 25th birthday…still a respectable size.

Foreseeing Roadblocks

I understand that the goal is set pretty high and might not seem practical to many, but the purpose of it is to set a motivational milestone that is so good, it would be stupid not to act. It’s more of a psychological thing.

Having said that, I know from experience that motivation soon runs out if it is not supported by results/external reinforcement/constant work. Here’s the precautions I am going to inculcate.

1. Doing Stretches first.
Stretching are easily given up upon after the more gratifying exercises, of kegels and jelqing. So I have to make it a point to do stretches first. Plus, jelqs require lubrication while stretchers require a rough grip so it becomes impossible to stretch directly after jelqs and laziness sets in.

2. Counting
The seconds, in kegel and stretches, the reps in jelqs. This is key, since it is not reliable to leave the workout intensity on mere judgment. Especially when there are definite goals.

3. Not jacking off
The penis workout is full of temptation to jack off. I personally find that it is not very conducive to get results. I don’t know why, but I don’t find masturbation gratifying anyway. It’s just a residual addiction from the old times. This is challenging but crucial. In case I need to jack off, I’ll have to find a time apart from the workout.

4. Ending the workout.
Once the count has reached to the goal, the workout MUST end. This should be like a ritual, pour cold water on the crotch. DONE. If I don’t do this, I have no frame of continuation the next day. PE mustn’t be all I’m thinking of for the minutes to follow. If I trust I’ll get results, I need not worry.

That’s it.

Yesterday, I had my first workout in this program. Today, I felt my penis to be a bit smallish. I believe I should be mature, and not let daily variations in size make me jump to conclusions. I’ll post my first results in June, if God wills.

I don’t suggest cold water at the end. Personally I think that ruins all of the work you’ve just done.

Listen to what the vets are telling you. There is nothing wrong with setting high goals but look at it from this perspective: if you put a goal up on top of a house, you will spend many hours looking at it, wandering around the house looking for a way up. You might even try to sprout wings in the attempt to reach it. Then you notice your neighbor standing on his house holding his goal in triumph and you realize he used a ladder.

Having a goal without the tools to reach it will defeat you. Get yourself a ladder and make each rung a monthly, tri-monthly and yearly goal. Like the ladder rung spaced for your hands and feet, these goals should be attainable within the timeframe you specify. Your ultimate objective is 10 inches but your first goal should be better Erection Quality, your second goal should be a 1/4 inch in length and your third will be 1/2 inch in length.

Setting attainable goals will boost your confidence and keep you from injuring yourself by trying to “fly”. Use the ladder and go slow. You will get there.

If a five inch increase is what you want then go for it, though you might want to set some short term goals aswell. Otherwise your focus will be solely on gaining 5 inches and you will likely not appreciate the (in comparison) small gains you will make. Of course you know yourself best. So if you know that you won’t quit, if you find out that this (hypothetical) 2mm gain you make each month mean that you won’t reach your goal in 10 years.

Aside from that, 10 inches are a very big deal. Are you sure you want that for yourself? I suggest checking out various life story threads here with big dick members and read anxiety stories on what made many people want to increase their dicksize. This can give you perspective on your own motivation and make you perhaps realize a 10 is not really what you are looking for.

Johnny Sins as mentioned, is a very good example of how huge a 7.5nbp dick actually is (he said that was his real size himself). Check out his videos if you haven’t.
Personally I have reduced my goals from when I first discovered PE with 1.3 inches in length and 0.8inches in girth- since I realized that I just wanted that 8.3x6.3 dick so that I would “unquestionably” be considered huge, a trophy dick with other words. Not saying it’s an invalid motivation, but it ain’t what I truly want.

Make sure you know yourself. No rush though I guess, since you won’t have your 10incher by next week :p

So it has been a month and a half, and I’d like to post an update.

I just measured and my length was 5 3/4 inches(erect, bone pressed). That’s exactly half an inch of gains.

While I should be happy, as I realize half an inch is a huge deal, I cannot notice anything significant. Maybe this is because of the time taken to reach here. I look at my penis daily and so maybe don’t get the “holy shit” feeling.

I have not been perfect in following any routine. I have been slacking on the workouts as well. I guess, this is the way it is going to be for a while. As long as I’m seeing gains, it is OK, I guess.

I have been jelqing pretty often, and am slacking on the stretching and kegels. I realize, all of that is important.

Half and inch.. I hope there is no going back. I’ll keep posted.
