Mission 10 inches.The want of consistency.
BPEL= 5 1/8 inches. (This is the only parameter I am tracking, for simplicity)
Have been around the same size for as long as I can remember. I’m 23.
I have a consistency problem. I have tried PE before, and seen initial gains but they are all temporary. I want to do something permanent. I figure that more than anything, I need to maintain focus on a constant regimen.
My regimen shall include a combination of kegels, reverse kegels, stretches and jelqs. I shall maintain a rest day between two workout days and keep this thread posted. This thread is more for my motivation and management but you guys are welcome to say something if you want to. My birthday is this week. This thread, I will continue till my 25th birthday. Hopefully by then, I shall have reached my final goal I.e. 10 inches.
I know, I know.haha. But someone once told me that great goals beget great motivation. Wish me luck
