Hello everybody,

I became a member about four or five years ago when I had just started college. I saw minor progress at the beginning but eventually became too busy and had zero to none in terms of privacy so here I am back at square one. Modest gains in length and girth would be nice but I am primarily concerned with the overall health of my penis. I took up a yoga practice about five months ago and have seen incredible health benefits all around (strength, flexibility, vigor, focus, attitude, etc) and I figure some stretching could probably do my wiener some good as well.

Starting again with the beginner routine:

2/29/16:

10 min warm wrap
5 min stretching
10 min wet jelqing

Going to make sure I get some starting measurements on Thursday when I train again.

I really like this method of using a timer instead of reps. Gives a better idea of how much time you spend doing PE, along with being much easier to focus on form (no counting in head).

Woke up with raging morning wood the past three days, after three years of weak/none almost every morning. Incredible how quickly that has turned around and such a shame that penile health isn’t something regularly taught.

Missed the last week since my girlfriend came into town and spent every night at my apartment.
