Morning session

1-2 times daily mon-fri with 4 hours min break between sessions

90-100% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold horse squeezes every 5 mins

2-5 min
30 sec hold horse squeezes mixed with sadsak mod

10 minwarm wrap (washcloth)

Shock routine consists of 3-4 X 20 min stretching sessions and 6-8 15 min jelq sessions repeated back to back with more horse squeezes and sadsak.
