Well, I mean…as someone who has read the forum for a long time…you have to have seen numerous entries in the Injury forum, of various levels of damage from less and more trauma than you are talking about. So, with that said…I do not need to give you an in-depth warning. That section of the forum is the canary in the coal mine and it’s up to you to take it into account or not.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

In regards to muscle growth.. I meant that yes people do have access to the knowledge of how to grow their muscles. We know that the cells responds to overload and fatigue. We know the best rep and set ranges to induce the kind of fatigue needed to stimulate growth. We know that testosterone works with protein to synthesize more tissue. And we know the correct amounts of hormones and nutrients to recover and grow. We had it figured out.

If we really didn’t understand muscle growth, we wouldn’t see so many bodybuilders and athletes and movie actors putting on so much lean muscle now a days that hasn’t really been seen as commonly before.

What I’m saying is, I feel like PE has not been tapped into like that yet. We still don’t truly know the most effective ways to stimulate growth of that kind of tissue. But it is obvious that hypoxia (in the correct duration and severity) will in fact stimulate tissue growth. The ONLY thing we don’t know is the right routine for it. How much hypoxia we need, how frequently, and how severe. If we can just figure that out together, PE will be changed forever. Just like bodybuilding was changed forever once people learned more about it. Guys used to max out at 220-240lbs ripped. No one could get much bigger than that. Now we see guys in the bodybuilding pro level pushing 300lbs shredded at very young ages. It’s all about knowledge and getting a breakthrough.

Guys used to Max out at that because they didn’t have steroids. Maybe with drugs and hypoxia we could sort of mutilate the tissues into getting bigger. Reminds me of dermarolers how they cause new tissue growth by harming the old one.

Your idea is pretty much like traditional clamping except taken to such extreme that would probably injure more than you could heal ,But with drugs you may be able compensate for the extra damage. I’m not a degenerate so I don’t know anything about drugs however sorry

I’m on a ton of steroids already. Have been for years. The reason steroids don’t grow the smooth muscle after childhood is because the cell androgen receptors become dormant. I don’t know of any chemical (except glycine) that even has the potential to re-sensitize smooth muscle cell to respond to androgens:/

And I wasn’t aware that people clamp with hypoxia in mind. I thought clamping is geared toward the belief that force and internal pressure can stretch the tunica. The problem with that though, is the elastin mixed into the rest of the collagen. Unless you can destroy the elastin, you can’t ever really deform the tunica via pressure. I think it would rupture before it would plastic deform significantly

Anyway, I’m one of those who think you’re correct about we have not been tapped into the PE breakthrough yet. I’ve also been searching on how to do this for sometime now.

From my point of view, just try increasing the time little by little and see how your penis react.. 1 minute would sound ridiculous, but if it is safe then I think we should do it like that.

I’m desperate that’s why I search for this method. Been 6.5” EL with 4.25” MEG for more than 3 years now and that’s what drives me nuts.. And clamping with 4.0 Base EG is SO damn hard.

The elastin needs to break down, I imagine the tunic like a sort of hashtag criss crossed vertical and horizontal. Usually I would just do Twisted stretches and some jelqs to help break down or stretch out some of this elastin (targeting the diagonal side of hashtag), but by hypoxia I don’t know that it would break down it but mayve disable it (with drugs ymmv)

Five minutes of Twisted stretches does something to breakdown or stretch the elastin enough for you to clamp that area productively.

Yes that’s right. I’ve posted the ideas on MOS. Great site but no one really saw the potential in hypoxia stimulating cellular growth like I believe in. Just trying to get more opinions and see if anyone has any answers to my questions. I believe that drastic penis enlargement has to come from new tissue growth (SM/collagen). And that growth isn’t going to come from stretching or pressure. It needs to be the product of a chemical reaction. You can’t grab your bicep muscle and pull on it, or pull on an organ, and it end up getting big simply through manual efforts. Growth comes from chemicals. Plain and simple. Even muscle gets oxygen deprived during intense use, releases hormones and signals to the brain, and is rebuilt with chemical reactions, micro/macro nutrients.

So why do we believe that we can just pull on the penis enough or build up enough pressure in it to stimulate real growth of tissue? I just don’t believe it works like that .. Not in a reasonable time frame at least. We shouldn’t have to wait years for an inch or two. Hypoxia priapisms can do more growth than that within a matter of weeks or months. We need to figure out why

Well I agree that this topic is risky business and not worth losing or damaging your penis. Absolutely.

I’m just trying to logically identify WHY and HOW these guys are able to grow so quickly and significantly in some cases of priapism.

Right now, most PE theories are centered around pressure/manual force. And I do agree that those can work as well. BUT, I think the megalophallus mechanism is more than just pressure. Some of the cases show MASSIVE size increase after only a couple priapisms. And even after partial priapisms (not completely rigid). I don’t see how pressure could create that much more actual tissue and cause so much tissue deformation so quickly.

That’s why I just wanted to talk with you guys and see if anyone has more knowledge on the topic and how hypoxia really plays a roll in tissue formation. To encourage someone to do something dangerous would be wrong, but talking about it and figuring it out could help us make huge breakthroughs! Ever seen shorty Mac or Julio Gomez?. They weren’t born that way and didn’t have surgery or PE to get there. A prispism(s) happened and I’d love to know why it worked for them. Maybe we will never know how. Maybe we can though.
