Started 6/18/13

Hot Wrap (5-10 minutes) (rice sock)
Manual Stretches (3-5 minute)
Jelq (30 minutes)
Warm Down (shower)

Routine as of 7/28/13

Heating Pad Warmup (10 minutes)
Manual Stretches (once each direction for about 1 minute holds)
Heating Pad (3 - 5 minutes)
Jelq (10 - 15 minutes)
Ulis (2 sets; 10 ~ 1 second hold/pumps; 1 at 5 minutes in and 1 at end of session) (done twice a week only right now)
Put on Xleeve for rest of day (8 oz weight or sometimes no weight)

Routine as of 11/04/13

Clamp at different erection levels; between 1 and 3 set of 10 to 15 minutes each (days vary depending on how I feel).
Mostly stretching upwards while laying in bed at night.
Sleep while doing bed fowfer’s. Tucked between legs, but not between cheeks (at least I start off that way).

Routine as of 05/19/14 (modified as of 7/7/14 due to erection quality issues)

Unsure of previous routines success, but do feel larger in girth and some length. Have not measured in a while, so nothing to compare to.
Do some long stretches when I think about it (normally at night in bed)
Clamp at full erection for about 15 to 30 minutes (maintain full erection as much as possible; even when doing exercises below)
Erect stretches while clamped
Erect bends while clamped
Skin stretches while clamped (grip near clamp and near head and stretch in opposite directions; helps new skin grow)

Routine as of 07/07/2014 (took a week long break from everything except piss pulls before starting)

5 minutes - Clamp full erection with heating pad
5 minutes - Jelqing; light to medium strength
5 minutes - Long Stretches (easing into stretch)
5 minutes - Skin / Foreskin Restoration Stretches
