Monday: 100 jelqs, Sadsak Slinky twice for every direction and 10 Ulis
Tuesday: 150 jelqs, Sadsak Slinky twice for every direction and 10 Ulis
Wednesday: 150 jelqs, Sadsak Slinky twice for every direction and 10 Ulis
Thursday: Brake
Friday: 100 jelqs, Sadsak Slinky twice for every direction and 10 Ulis
Saturday: 150 jelqs, Sadsak Slinky twice for every direction and 10 Ulis
Sunday: Brake

I’m going to incorporate Kegel exercises and possibly add more jelqs.
