Hi guys,

I’m doing PE now for 7 months.
I started PE at the end of September 2016.
My Measurements were: 16 cm NBPEL, 18 cm BPEL, 19 cm BPFSL, EG-13cm, 15,5 cm , 15 cm (top,mid,base)
My routine was:
10 mins heat up
10 mins of Stretching
10 mins of Jelquing
10-30 mins Ballooning
10 mins heat up
Then I measured again at 31.December 2016 and made some gains.
NBPEL: 17 cm (+1 cm)
BPEL: 19 cm (+1 cm)
BPFSL: 20,5 cm (+1,5 cm)

The Routine stayed almost the same.
Heat up, 12 mins Stretching, 12 mins Jelquing ..
Two weeks before the next measurement I added BTC-Stretches to my routine.
Now I have the Problem that my EQ has gone a little bit.
I have to admit that I got some Stress in the moment.
So the EQ lost could be a resolve of that.

Now I’m doing following program:
10 min heat up with some myofacial unlocking
12 min classic Stretches
4 min BTC/BTL-Stretches
10 min Jelques
10-30 mins Ballooning
10 min heat up

My Goal is that my dick reaches my belly button when I’m standing.
So 20 cm/8 inch in length and girth 16 cm circumference top to base.

I’m 22 years old and I live in Germany, 190 cm tall, Weight around 70 kg.

My EQ is now better so I measured.
BPFSL: 21,2 cm (+0,7 cm)
NBPEL: 17,6 cm(+0,6 cm)
BPEL:19,2 cm (+0,2 cm) I think I made some mistake in a previous measurement
EG-Top: 13,3 cm (+0,3 cm)
EG-Mid: 15,6 cm(+0,1 cm)
EG-Base: 15 cm(same)

My Temp-Gains are good so I will continue with my above mentioned Program.


Sep. 2016: NBPEL 16cm, BPEL 18 cm, BPFSL 19 cm, EG 15,5 cm

December 2016: NBPEL 17 cm, BPEL 19 cm, BPFSL 20,5 , EG 15,5 cm

Still on it and still gaining.
PE became my hobby in the last year.
Here is my newest measurement:
BPFSL:21,2 cm (+0,3 cm)
NBPEL: 17,5 cm (-0,1 cm)
BPEL: 19,6 cm (+0,4 cm)
EG: No Gains.

My program was:
15 min Classic Stretch
5 min BTL-Stretches
15 min Jelqs
15 min Ballooning
During training my IR-Light was on.

Because of the small Gains I decided to expand my Program
27 min Classic Stretches
6:45 min BTL Stretches
20 min Jelqs
15 min Ballooning
Heat with IR-Light

Still training for more length.

Newest Measurement of December 17:
BPFSL: 21,8 cm (+0,6 cm)
NBPEL: 17,5 cm (=)
BPEL: 20,2 cm (+ 0,6 cm)
EG: No gains

I did:
27 min Classic Stretches
9 min BTL Stretches
20 min Jelqs (Net)
15 min Ballooning (with CR)
Applied heat with my IR lamp

Still going for more length and manual training

I see you mentioned myofascial unlocking while warming up. What does it consist of?

It’s a massage of different parts of the penis.
I have it from the user pe_pe.
So there are 3 different steps when massaging.
1. Step is to massage the ligament suspensory with your finger tips. When I started I felt “hard” spots in the tissue so massaged them and it got better.
Then you do a stretch and massage the same spots again.
2. Step is massaging while having an erection. So you take some oil or other lubricant and start massaging the area from your pubic bone up to half an inch of your dick.
3. Step is massaging the Tunica Albuginea while having an erection. You can start with holding the left side of your penis in your left hand.
Start massaging the fascia with your thump with circling movements clockwise or counter-clockwise. Till you reach the top but don’t massage that part.
Then you do the other side of your penis.

I do part 1 before stretching while warming up with IR-light.
Part 2+3 before Jelqs.

I think I’ve reached a plateau because gains stopped some months ago.

So far my gains are (30 months):
BPFSL: + 3,1 cm
BPEL: + 2,1 cm
NBPEL: + 1,1 cm
EG-MID. + 0,2 cm

I still want some more length. But I don’t know how to get there.
My Routines were mostly manual exercises. 2 months ago I tried to implement the x4 Extender but it’s not working because my head slips off.
I tried different wraps but nothing works for me yet. So I need some help from you guys to go on and work out a new plan.
I would really appreciate some help.

What tension line are you extending to, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd?

Is the strap loosening from the force while extending, in other words, is one side of the strap slipping off from your original set notch?

Just a couple of clarifying questions to help us eliminate/understand variables.

@HenrikL I decided for the Phallosan Package.

@LittleEngine most of the time I was extending at the 1st line, sometimes on the 2nd.
The strap is not the Problem. I think the Wrap+Head that are the problems.
My Glans+Wrap get thinner under tension and time and it slip’s out of the extender.
