Marcosimm's Routine

My routine has had a warm up either by way of bath or a hot rag that I’ll wrap for a few minutes. I follow with a few extensions pulls at 15 seconds each rep.{outward, left, right, downward, upward) From there I will do alternating grip jelqs for 10 or so on each starting from about a quarter way up the shaft. For the lowest 1/4th of the penis( to where the penis begins to enter the pelvis) I will massage each side, as well as the bottom. {This is both to warm up as well as to probe to make sure I have no injuries or more so areas on the mend)

The main stretch that I use is a modified Mandingo stretch that utilizes the other arm’s wrist or hand as a fulcrum point for further leverage. The main area of focus is to hit the inner penis or at least the base of the penis. It can be done on either hand with the opposite wrist as the fulcrum but for exploration’s sake it the grip hand will be the right hand. Take your right hand as if you were making a thumbs up except with an opened palm, and place it at the base of the penis. With the left hand extending the penis outward you can fold it towards you and now over your right hand into the palm. Close the right in an okay grip, and lift it up so that you can now use the free left hand to use the forearm as a fulcrum. This is the basics and can be adapted to your comfort.

I always bend it upwards towards my head to keep the over vein stress low and the tunica and inner penis tension at a moderate level. This stretch is easy to do but is deceptively powerful. Perhaps it has another name but for me it’s just been LeverDingo.

If I feel any slight give or hear any slight tear I immediately stop. I refrain from any further activity and I let myself heal for however many warm up massage probes it takes. Most ever has been 2 days (Again don’t do side bends)
