I started PE today (02/04/19) with the Newbie Routine:

It was stressful for my hands and for my penis, but I made it right to the end. Some bruises showed up in my cock skin, but I think it’s normal.

Day 2.

One more PE day:
*5 minutes hot wrap
*5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
*10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
*5 minutes hot wrap
*50 kegels of five second holds each

Today the Jelqing part was easier than yesterday. I put more lubricant so it slided 100%. Tomorrow it’s the first day OFF.
I will make a 2ON/1OFF routine for 6 weeks and measure the BPEL and the MEG every week and update it here.

Mais um dia de PE:
*5 minutos de aquecimento;
*5 minutos de alongamento manual (10 alongamentos de 30 segundos);
*10 minutos de jelq (cerca de 200 movimentos de 3 segundos cada um);
*5 minutos de aquecimento;
*50 kegels com cinco segundos de duração cada um.

Hoje a parte de Jelqing foi mais fácil que ontem. Eu passei mais lubrificante e minha mão deslizou 100%. Amanhã será mei 1º dia OFF.
Eu vou fazer a rotina 2ON/1OFF por 6 semanas e vou medir o BPEL e o MEG toda semana e atualizarei aqui

We, the noobs, use to run instead of walk consistently when we begin some kind of project.

First day OFF

Day 3

Today it’s my first day OFF.

I noticed that the bruises are already getting lighter. That’s a very good sign. I was a little bit concerned about them but it’s getting better.

I’m “holding myself” to don’t PE today. The sensation is awesome, but tomorrow is getting closer.

Eu notei que os hematomas estão fincando claros. Esse é um ótimo sinal. Eu estava um pouco preocupado com isso mas estão melhorando.

Estou “me segurando” para não fazer PE hoje. A sensação é ótima, mas o amanhã já está chegando

One more PE session done perfectly.

I was wondering about how important protein is for our PE goals.

I eat everyday, because of the gym training, at least 2g/kg of protein to obtain muscle gains. And certainly will help in my PE gains.
