I’m just starting up PE after surveying the forums for a bit. I’ve noticed that there’s a lot of people who focus on girth gains and length gains, but not just length gains only.

So I figured I’d take it upon myself to start a comprehensive log for those people who don’t have much time or the competency to know if there doing jelqs correct, or just want length gains only in order to achieve what is known as a dagger dick. I can only hope my progress can be of help to you guys, new or old.

My goal is 6.5 inches x 5in girth. I don’t really have much concern for girth but hell any goals are good.
My Current Measurements: 5.5 inches x 4 inch girth.

Wish me luck guys. If I reach my goal, I’ll go for 7 inches and attempt to cement my gains so I can retire from PE.

Hi Jarbody. You’re not alone, I’ve been focusing on length exclusively for the past few months. I will focus on girth later, first I want to achieve my length goals.

After trying the newbie routine twice unsuccessfully (I got a bit of girth but no length), I cut out everything except for one stretch, performed a few times throughout the day (check my thread for more details, last post on page 1 and following posts), and this has turned out to be more than enough to gain at a rate of 1mm a week.


April 2017: 6.5" BPEL -> July 2017: 7" BPEL

New goal for 2019: 5+ inches girth

My length routine: a few single 1-minute fulcrum stretches a day. Yes, that's all.

Starting length was 16.5cm, or 6.5”. I started my lazy lightweight routine in February, measuring flaccid stretch length weekly, usually it would be 1mm more every Sunday.

Beginning of April is when my erect length started increasing as well, and it has pretty much kept to the same pace as FSL since then, being at 17.3cm now. Just another 5 weeks or so and I’ll be at 7”, aiming for 7.5” in October and 8” in January 2018 if it all keeps going to plan.

It’s still early days of course, but this is the reason I would suggest to you to start as light as possible. Too many folks are ramping up intensity too quickly (I was guilty of that too at first) when they could still be making amazing progress with very little effort.

So for a stretch only newbie would you say 5 minutes of stretches a day in every direction is sufficient as of now? What are your tips on increasing my work out? I do include maybe 30 jelqs but I wanna do a stretch heavy routine, I just really want to get to 6.5 inches and maybe 7 if I’m gaining properly. In your experience do you think .5 - 1 in gains are obtainable in 5 months?

From what I’ve been seeing in past months my current gain rate is about 0.5” per 3 months. But I can’t yet say if it will stay like that for me, or whether it will be the same for you. Folks here keep stressing that not everyone gains at a similar rate, or even at the same rate all the time.

As for jelqing, I’ve not been doing any of it since January. If you want to focus on length only, and your EQ remains good, I don’t see anything wrong with doing only stretches. I’d say give it a try, monitor how your dick responds etc., and then go from there. Also ask the veterans on here for input, I’m just a newbie myself. All I can draw from are my own results. And they tell me “lightly, softly”.

I’ve not been increasing intensity at all. I don’t see myself doing that either, unless I fail to see the usual 1mm weekly gain for several consecutive weeks.

As for stretches in every direction, I actually don’t even do that. I just grip ~1 inch below the glans with an overhand grip, pulling up, and put the crook of the thumb of the other hand at the base pushing down, so I only stretch the external shaft, not the internals inside my body. I do it that way because the normal stretches didn’t give me a decent enough stretch without me having to grip too hard. A simple fulcrum stretch, or V stretch, works much better for me.

I don’t even pull very hard, just enough to get a good stretch. I hold that stretch for ~60 seconds, once or maybe twice, call it quits, and then I’ll have a go at it again a few hours later. Totalling about 4-6 minutes a day, sometimes more, sometimes less. I don’t take rest days.

If you’re interested in following that routine as well I’d be very interested in how you get on. Just keep measuring flaccid stretch length as the main control metric, it should increase about 1mm a week. Erect length should start increasing after 2 months or so as well, possibly earlier for you, seeing how your girth is slightly less (I reckon the delay is a total volume related thing).

Edited to add: if you do measure 1mm more every week, do not be tempted to ramp up the intensity to gain even faster. 1mm a week means 2 inches a year, which is pretty damned rapid already. Only ramp it up (or completely re-evaluate) if and when you stop gaining.

The idea behind this routine is taken from physiotherapy, btw. Where you do a few simple stretches every day, for example, to increase range of motion of a stiff joint after an injury, which works pretty quickly. Except here you only increase, err, range. :D

Right now my stretches consist of just pulling it in given directions, but I intend on learning different forms of more efficient stretches and learning what I should be feeling to ensure I’m doing them correctly. Which means learning where the “glands” are lol.. Got any links that describe or show your type of stretching or could you make a pictograph or example yourself?

Just update this thread (or create a dedicated progress thread), I’ve subscribed to it. :)

If you already get a decent stretch from the normal stretches, by all means, keep doing those! The effect will be the same, I reckon. I’m only doing the V stretch because the normal ones didn’t work as well for me.

If they do work for you, you’ll also be stretching the ligaments inside your body. I’m not sure yet whether that’s a good thing or not. It might mean you could gain even faster. It might mean they absorb some of the stretch. I don’t know - but you’re not on your own there, most other people do them like that.

The glans is the head of your penis. There might be a picture of fulcrum stretches here somewhere, I really can’t describe it much better than my attempt above. Basically one hand holds it down at the base, the other pulls it. The idea being that you stretch only the external penis.

Ha! Found a picture that at least shows the principle (even though my hands are placed slightly differently): knuckle-palm.jpg

Difference is that instead of pressing down on the base of the shaft with my palm/wrist, I press down with the crook between my thumb and index finger, with my palm resting on the pubic bone.

And instead of using that weird knuckle grip at the top of the shaft with the other hand, I use a simple overhand grip.

But the principle is just like in that picture, pulling up while applying pressure downward at the base so that only the external shaft is stretched.

Update:

Good stretches today.

Have quickly noticed a drastic increase in erection quality. From 50-60% from like a week ago to 70-85% erect just from simple arousal. No erect gains have occurred yet, but flaccid hangs longer and looks slightly fuller.

Update:

Another good round of stretching 5/31/17, went for about 6 minutes. Slight soreness afterward but erection quality steadily improves. Tempted to take a rest day and I plan on stretching later today also.

Good going. Might be worth a try splitting your stretches up throughout the day. Effect is likely to be the same as long as the total time is the same, but less risk of feeling sore.

Good Advice, I’ll probably pick it up later on. But atm I’m kind of enjoying the soreness.

Update:

Good Round of stretches went for about 5 minutes 20 seconds.

I’ve added a 2.5 minute hot wrap.

Tempted to add 30-40 jelqs to my routine. But still debating, especially since after my stretches my dick is spent and I don’t wanna over work it.
