There is a lot more to our sexuality than our penises, and competing with other guys dicks is not going to be positive for us.


Through my thorough research ,I realized that excessive masturbation decreases the rate of growth so I would advice you to try and decrease the rate at which you masturbate .Also it is advisable to PE right after masturbation because your muscles are relax and ready for stretches .

Ahhh, fuck. Wish I had of known this before, I would always PE a few hours BEFORE PE, and if I did masturbate I’d skip it as not to hinder any workouts. Also what qualifies as excessive masturbation?

Meant to say before masturbating.

Been on a very long trip, still maintain my workouts though I missed 2 days, I’m thinking about increasing my work out time to 10mins or increasing stretch strength because I’m not getting the same penile exhaustion as before. Opinions?

Still keeping up on my workouts (somewhat spotty though),once I return from my trip I intend on giving a length check.

Yeeeha, another disciple of the Hunglikeagerbil minimal lazy routine. I am really impressed by that way and I think it is a completely different approach to PE.

So if this works, and as far as I have read about it does work, I will add this to my catalogue of patient and long-term oriented methods.

Hardly can’t wait to see the first measurement reports :-)

I’m back from my trip boys! I’m mega behind on my work outs.. But! I’m gonna start back tommorow, get reconditioned and be on my way to some sweet sweet gainz. Since I assume any gains I had have stagnated a bit, I’m gonna do my workouts from the starting this month (tommorow) and give measurements on Sep 29th!

Really, forgive the long period of absence for anyone waiting for results. I really appreciate you keeping up with me, and I hope to provide you with the measurements you so desire soon!

Edit: Tommorow, I’ll give a report on length anyway to see if I’ve gained and maintained from my prior workouts. :-) Over n out

Hey, boys. Sorry about the absence once again.. Aunt got caught in the hurricane down in Texas, she’s an oldie as well as my brother down in Florida evacuating.

I hope I can get back to consistent workouts again soon, but until then I am gonna put another haitus on my posting. Upon my return I hope to ramp up my stretches to daily 5min stretches until I am reconditioned, then I’ll take advice from the rest of you guys.

I hope you all are doing well in this tragic chain of events :-)

I am back! Ready for some gainz!!

I’m looking into buying a LESKAR stretcher from Ebay but.. I don’t know very much about stretchers as I am a total plebian.

So, I’ve got a couple questions, do these boys stand out a lot in day to day wear, will it be visible or very noticeable while wearing. Will it fall off as I’m using it as that would be terrible, and a bit awkward. Lastly, what kind of gains can I expect from this?

Also, since I’m starting up consistently again, I’m gonna keep better track of my gains and maybe even take some progress pictures along the way who know :) .

So needless to say I’ve been a little discouraged. For about the past week I’ve been stretching for 5-10min when I get into bed at night. I started doing the fulcrum stretch exactly as described above, with one hand pushing down and overhand grip pulling up. I been able to pull harder than I ever had before and I can actually feel my penis stretch and extend further (temporarily) than it could before. My first instinct was so stop and make sure I didn’t break my baby maker, but after it happened a few more times I realized it actually felt kinda good. Not in a sexual manner, more like the way your body feels after a long distance run.

I’m going to keep up with it as long I don’t see any negative PIs. I am little nervous because I haven’t been warming up at all prior to these night time stretches but we’ll see. Anyone else have any experience with this sensation and/or knowledge on whether or not this type of vigorous stretching is dangerous?

I’ve never understood the timed warm ups honestly, what I’ve always done is get a hot towel and grip internally throughout stretches. From what I’ve learned so far, the basic manual stretches and jeqls are kind of like conditioning. Since, I’d been doing jack shit poor with my workouts since I returned from my trip, I’m gonna have to recondition, and then my hope is to buy a stretcher. Easy Bib starter, and go from there. Then from there I hope to see decent gains, and as I see decent gains I hope to continue PE for years to come.

I respect your patience, I feel partly when I first started I was a bit to abrasive. Now that I’m coming back I’m focusing more on jeqls then about a week and half or so I’m going to add some light stretches. Wish me luck, and I hope that my motivation can keep you motivated to continue your work outs. Don’t be afraid to mention any hiccups bro, we’re all in this journey together :-) .

Just the kind of thread I’ve been looking for! I want to get into a stretching only type of routine myself but not sure how much to do or how often to do them.

I’ve made pretty good girth gains through pumping in the past but then fell off the wagon for quite a few months and want to get back into it again, this time I want to go for length. I’m at about 6.3ish area right now, I’ve hit 6.5 in the pump but I want to get to 7 as my short term goal
