Manko007's road to big dick land

So I am starting this thread mostly so I can look back once I am big enough to be satisfied with my size and read all the work and effort I put into this and feel as it’s been all worth it. Even though it’s already been worth it, it’s nice to have something to look back and say wow I did all that, and this is what I got to show for.

So here I go.

I am just going to start where I am at now since that is what is on my mind.

I just measured today at 7.4” BPEL and was pleased to see that I’ve gained 0.2” over the course of about 2-3 weeks since starting my new protocol which I’ve termed hprotocol. I’ve got a spreadsheet called hprotocol where I log the following numbers about 4-5 times per session. A session being like a workout but of PE.

Ok so the 5 numbersI am logging are
1) bpfsl t0 inception
2) bpfsl t1 elastic limit
3) bpfsl t2 with creep
4) bpfsl t2 with creep t2
5) bpfsl t2 with creep t3
6) bpfsl 3 post cooldown

Actually 6.

Out of those I calculate the following metrics:
1) strain t0 elastic
2) strain t1 creep
3)strain t2 creep
4)strain t3 CREEP
5) strain t4 cooldown creep loss

These are all metrics I’ve developed along with the ideas of some fellow PE members from the following thread:

Loading, lengthening, healing.
Loading, lengthening, healing.

You can read my last posts on that thread, should be round page 46-47, to see what my protocol is about. It’s all focused on targetting the hard cord we’ve I think narrowed down to being just bucks fascia. I have 2 apparently, one on each side. The left being more pronounced. Ventraly.

Attached is a snapshot of a line chart I’ve created from my excel spreadsheet.

It’s all going up. One interesting thing developing right now is my elastic limit has become my pre BPFSL. Which I am guessing is just the elasticity being removed out of my dick. It used to be my elastic limit would become my pre BPFSL a few sessions later, but the gap has been narrowing. Attached is another snapshot of my excel table showing this over time.

I am guessing based on this, that I have delastisified my dick, to the point where all further strains are just the slipping of collagen fibers to the plastic limit, and then plastic deformation.

As of now I think my plastic limit is 20.4cm. So from 20.1 to 20.4 I got 0.3 strain which is collagen sliding. Then from 20.4 to 20.7 it seems to be the plastic range. Because it is very hard to achieve this, lots of pain or fatigue at this range.

This happened back in Nov 29 when I was trying to break through 19.8. It was so hard. I had to increase the sets and weight from 2 to 3 sets and 4.7 to5.7kg.

I have not plateaued yet since 19.8. I did a girth session a couple days ago to have my BPEL catch up to by new pre BPFSL. It seems to have worked, and my BPEL increased by 0.3cm. Although, it was already starting to show pre girth workout, but the workout seem to have made it more pronounced, as evidenced by my measuring today after my hanging sesh.

That’s all for now.

It seems that your percentages are now coming closer to the same region as mine. Maybe you had quite a lot elastic capacity before?

START 18 cm / 13.15 cm Jul 24th 2018 (7.09 / 5.18 inches)

NOW 20.8 cm / 14.8 cm April 15th 2019 (8.19 / 5.84 inches)

GOAL 8.5 / 6 inches

Yes I was thinking that too. I used to be in the 4-5% range. Now I’m down to about 2.5-3%.

Maybe my tunica was very crimped. Like the uncrimping effect of the collagen fibers which according to those studies shaped as sort of an accordion in a wave like pattern, I have an Extended accordion.

In that sense the toe region of the strain stress curve of my dick under load is much more linear now. This is probably helped by the manual fulcrum stretches i do all day whenever I can. Not letting it regain elasticity and usually aiming to stay at the elastic limit.

Good descprition. Collagen fibers are now much more aligned lenghtwise all the time. I believe that I have achieved this more easily with the use of Ultrasound.

Very interested to see how you apply your methods to break through resistance levels.

I’ve yet to stall in my gains to consider an Ultrasound, but I am glad that it is an option if they ever do. For now, the IR lamp seems to be doing its job.

Here is a visual representation of the toe region back when I had a lot of crimp or elastic capacity and also the plastic limit at 19.8 I couldn’t surpass in Nov 28. Should I have increased to 5.7kg as in the graph I could have entered plastic range territory at that time, given I was feeling healed and good EQ. As I did later on.

The below graph shows the toe region gone by Dec 13, as elasticity has dissapeared, the BPFSL is now equal to Elastic Limit, and thus become linear. Now the plastic limit is 20.4, and the fracture limit is 20.7. At 20.7 I feel like my dick is really sore and my head can’t take the pressure from the bib hanger well. I need to use lodacaine to numb the attachment point right below the head 1” so that I can continue my last 1-2 sets and go beyond the plastic limit.

I did not gain past 19.8 until I increased work by 1 set and weight from 5.2 to 5.7kg. Perhaps work that only reaches the plastic limit serves to cement gains, but not to increase them. I do believe cementing is important before increasing work, as in sets or load. Also healing needs to occur. And this takes about a week at least until one can attach the hanger without much discomfort and have good EQ, morning wood etc. In this interim period ADS and reaching plastic limit seems to be important. Once you heal the tissue is ready to go beyond the plastic limit one more time. Repeating the cycle over and over.

Surpassing the plastic limit is pain and tears to reach the fracture limit, but once the fracture limit is attained, it is easy to make the fracture limit the plastic limit the following sessions.

Thank you. My plan is to do it the same way I posted about how I passed 19.8. Going beyond the plastic limit of 20.7 this time. I am not sure what it will take. Last to reach 20.7 I increased to 6.2kg. But at 5.7kg the fatigue is already a lot. So I am down to 5.7kg to cement new plastic limit of 20.7. Then in a week once EQ and healing is restored, then I can try again with 6.2kg to surpass the 20.7 and reach new plastic range territory.

Today’s monday 17 normal BPFSL is 20.3 after last sesh Friday 14. Been just manual stretching fulcrum on bathroom visits for the weekend. Happy to see that ending bpfsl post sesh translate days later to normal bpfsl. Have yet to measure BPEL but historically it should be bpfsl-0.35” so in effect it should be 7.64” if bpel catches up to a steady state. From 7.4” that would be a 0.25” gain in about a week. Curious to see if those gains are realized. If pe has taught me anything is to not overestimate so we will see.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

BPEL seems to be solidified at 19cm or 7.48”. A pretty sweet 0.30” gain like I haven’t seen in years.

Todays numbers are:
1) bpfsl t0 inception 20.3
2) bpfsl t1 elastic limit 20.3
3) bpfsl t2 with creep 20.8
4) bpfsl t2 with creep t2 20.9
5) bpfsl t2 with creep t3 20.9
6) bpfsl 3 post cooldown 20.8

1) strain t0 elastic 0
2) strain t1 creep 2.46%
3)strain t2 creep .48%
4)strain t3 CREEP 0
5) strain t4 cooldown creep loss -.48%

3 sets at 6.4kg or 14lbs. Pain was lower by improving my wrapping method. I put the headband wrap, then a head cockring under the glans, headband wrap remaining doubling over the cock ring, effectively sealing the head away from the shaft and using theraband from the cockring backwards. The cockring helps to create the same distance of hanger attachment each time, and keep the head flared up and above the hanger, with shoulders. Much more comfortable.

Having a hard time breaking through 20.8. Pain is the main factor at the attachment. Head seems to be taking most of the load because the cords are just so tense, like steel, they won’t budge. The left and right ventral cords are so tight. It seems the left cord is tighter or more tense when pulling SO. So I am targeting this cord first. Divide and conquer. Then when the right becomes as tense or tenser, I will move to that one. But it won’t happen until surpassing 20.8 which seems to be a hard limit.

I am also thinking remodeling may need to happen as in fibroblasts reorganize before I can break through 20.8. I have gained quite a bit in as little time as I have ever, so this may need to happen first.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

BPEL holding at 19cm or 7.48”. Happy about that although I got to be at 100% to reach that.

Wasn’t able to surpass the BPFSL at t3 of 20.8cm. It seems like that is the limit for now. Taking a decon break of a month to see if that helps. I would do 3 months, but if 1 is enough, I would not waste 2 months. So we’ll start there.

My goal now is to reach BPEL of 8.3 which would translate to NBP of 7”, and a BPFSL t0 of 22cm. Meaning I got to shoot for BPFSL T3 of 22.8cm. I’ll call it 23cm. So about 2.2cm of BPFSL T3 elongation.

Just over the last 3-4 weeks I managed to increase T3 elongation by 1cm atleast. So I feel like it is doable. Hopefully the decon break will reset things and more gains will be enabled.

My t0 bpfsl has gone down from 20.3 to about 20 since stopped hanging 2 weeks ago. I’ve been doing the sock fulcrum method but with my arm, instead of ADSing it.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

Today was a surprise BPEL +0.2cm for a total 19.2 or 7.56”. Seems like the gap from 20.3cm I had which corresponded to 7.99” BPFSL t0 when I was hanging, is narrowing down to meet my BPEL. The gap or BPFSL - BPEL difference was 7.99-7.48= 0.51”. My historical gap is normally 0.35”. So naturally this makes some sense.

Since my BPFSL t0 is now gone down to 20, this would mean that if BPFSL stays at 20cm, and the gap reaching historical levels, that BPEL would rise to 19.11. However since I measured 19.2 today, it could be that 20.3 is the number I should use. Then BPEL would theoretically go up to 19.4cm.

It should be interesting to see if it in fact does.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

Man my life is so boring right now… but 2018 was a good year for gains.

MEG +0.31”
BPEL +0.8”~
Volume increase 20-25%

I got 20-25% more dick in a year starting April and ending December!

I already got 100% volume increase since inception so I’ve effectively doubled my dick size lol I wish I could put that one in my resume.

Who knows what 2019 will bring. But in hoping to get to 8.3” and 6”. The never ending road of wanting more.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

Restarted a week ago. Got up to 20.7 pre bpfsl and seem to have solidified 7.55” bpel. Started kegeling while hanging. It seems to have a positive correlation with high PI of EQ. Basically kegel and reverse kegel with the weight on. Theory is that ischiocavernosus muscle will strengthen leading to tighter contraction of the crux penis and lower blood outflow in veins as the literature suggests.

Up to 21.2 bpfsl t3. Going up slowly but going up. Up to 15lbs too.

Once I get to 22cm bpfs t3 I should be 8” bpel.

The new modified hanger bib based on Xenos instructions was instrumental to be able to hang higher. With the v design and therawrap glued to the hanger there is less friction and better attachment. Much less pain hardly any now.

Bought a soundcare plus ultrasound with 3mhz to heat the tunica cord. Should be able to heat up 40-42° up to 0.8cm depth in 4min for a 2” lenght at a time.

Should get it in a week. Very excited. I should be able to hang at much lower weights now with the same or better result reaching plastic new limits. Exciting stuff.

Gonna do 3 sets 20min each. Heat to 40-42° from base to middle to below head. For each set or each set have a different segment of shaft. Not sure which would be better.

EQ and PIs are awesome thanks to kegels. Must keep doing these. Even after 4 days of hanging.

Genesis 2006 = 5.8" x 4.7" /// Round 3 2019: Hanging again = 7.99" x 5.5" /// ST Goal 2019 = 8" x 6" /// End Game 2020 = 9" x 6.5"

Very fascinating results!

Have you managed to draw a conclusion from your 1 month decon break?
I would argue that the decon was effective, as you went from 20.3cm at t0 to 20.7cm at the moment of restarting. I am assuming this is due to fibroblasts’ responding to the tissue damage.
If you continue this train of thought, shouldn’t you have some ‘new material’ as well? And furthering that, the load needed would also be less, as you can employ all your tricks from zero again (realignment of the collagen fibers, reaching elastic limit and surpassing, …). The limiting factor here would then be what you’ve got as ‘new material’. So seeing your BPFSL dropped back to 20cm and your new starting point is 20.7cm, you would have 0.7cm to work with.

I have no formal education in this field, but would argue many parallels can be drawn between this and stretching for mobility/flexibility in the fitness world. Maybe that would provide you with extra info?

Hey man, thanks for posting.

Sorry I didnt see it earlier.

As a quick answer to your questions for now the decon break was like hitting the reset button. In the sense that new length was attainable but not in that it required less weight. As far as I know the same or more weightier needed to reach my now 21.4 t3 bpfsl. My pre bpfsl is now, 20.7 which was my pre decon break post bpfsl roughly.

I think the new material hypothesis makes sense. I dont understand it but it somehow just resets to an average let’s say and when you come off of decon you’ve got more to work with.

I’m out an expert or anything but some of the literature concerning Ligament and tendon strech relates to the fitness world. Specially heat. Heat seems to be the key to reaching new plastic limits.

I’ve been doing a lot of heating with ultra sound recently and you can read about it in another thread. But reaching about 46 celcius max and 42 celcius in general. I think this is the key to moving forward as the heat really fucks with the tough collagen and let’s it stretch further.

One thing I’ve realized is my pre bpfsl is now 21.2 but the bpel is having a hard time catching up. After my last decon break it seemed to catch up. Perhaps that is IPR in effect or just how things roll. As in take a decon break and come back to reach new heights.

TG put it well in his thread saying that once you find it really hard to get more gains stop and take a decon before it toughens up. Then restart and new gains are available. Kind of like a video game.
