Man-of-10's Routine

Get full erection. Do some kegals to get it pumped. Do some GENTLE erect bends. Put pressure on sides while erect(along whole length of penis) and kegal, this is to get a more round penis. When flacid, mainly v-bends and o-bends(when semi erect). MOST of my gains come during a few weeks of rest!

ALWAYS under HEAT! (From hot shower). *Making the penis short and fat by squishing the head and the base together, then holding this for about 2 minutes*- GREAT EXERCISE
O-BENDS: 2 minute holds= great exercise…
