Morning: 5 min hot wrap. 15 min wet jelq, shower.
Evening: 5 min hot wrap, 3x20 min hanging w/ 10lbs, a few manual stretches, 25 min wet jelq, 5 min hot wrap. 600-1000 Kegels/day. 2days on, 1 off.
