A progress thread for me has been a long time in the making. I have been doing some sort of PE since 2005 when I stumbled onto an electronic copy of jelqing. I had no clue what I was doing and didn’t see any results from a sporadic schedule of clueless jelqing.

Fast forward a few years and I find Thundersplace! Amen to this site. Thank you Thunder for keeping true to the mission of bringing PE to the masses and an incubator for furthering PE techniques and experimentation. Here I learned about the Linear Newbie Routine and tons of stuff that helped me get to where I am today. I would say that I use BrainDrain’s methods (i.e. perfect jelq) and some of Mem’s Momentous techniques.

So I started at 6" (15.2 cm) Bone Pressed Erect Length (BPEL) x 4.5" (11.5 cm) Mid-Shaft Erect Girth (MSEG) when I first started PE’ing after gaining membership to Thunders. This was in August of 2009. I started the Linear Newbie Routine but added clamping after about 1.5 months. I had really good gains for the first 6 months. I got up to 7.3" BPEL x 5" MSEG. These gains came mainly from jelqing, very little stretching and some clamping.

I then took some breaks that lasted months to years and have been on and off from 2010 to the beginning of 2015. I did buy a bathmate x30 back around 2012 and used it off and on. I did have some girth gains from 2012 to late 2013 and that mostly came from the bathmate and jelqing.

I kicked things back into gear since the beginning of the year and I am enjoying some really good growth. I don’t measure much anymore and PE just about every day I can. I grew out of my bathmate and decided to spring for a Penomet premium after doing some research. It was a toss up between the Penomet and Bathmate Hydromax xx40 xtreme package. I know I know, I should have just built my own. Well I had the money but not much time to tinker. I had heard the Penomet was better in the department of minimum fluid build up (edema) and so far that has proved the case.

My current routine looks like this:
- Maybe a short v-stretch for about 1 minute.
- Pump with the black gator (level 3) for 2 sets of 9 minutes
- Wet jelq at 60-90% erection for 20-35 minutes, usually I throw in a hand clamp (uli). I do this when my erection starts to subside. I get back up to 90%+ and then squeeze for 10-20 seconds. Sometimes I end the squeeze with a squeeze of the glans. This is from Mem’s routine.
- Pump with grey gator (level 4) for 3-6 sets of 9 minutes

I usually read or watch netflix while I am in the pump but monitor things pretty closely. I am usually kegeling during both the jelqing and pumping. After my workouts I sometime wrap my unit with a heating pad and warm things up.

I use vaseline around my fat pad and beginning of my dick when pumping with both the Bathmate and Penomet. This is where the gator makes contact and at max pressure (pushed all the way down) this becomes irritated, for me without vaseline. I usually clean the gators and cylinder after with dish soap.

When I take multiple day breaks, which is unusual, I will try to measure. Lately I have been seeing 7.5" (19 cm) BPEL x 5.5" (13.8 cm) MSEG. What is really cool is lately my flaccid is as big as my starting erect size! I have been going strong since the beginning of the year and I am really happy with progress. My ultimate goal is what many have here, 8" BPEL x 6" MSEG. I am closing in on it and have a lot of confidence that I will make it there however long it takes.

It is my goal to post my daily routine and continue to fill in more details of my journey. Please feel free to ask any questions.

Tonight I did the following:

- Quick v-strech, about 1 minute. Pulled to the left, straight and then right for about 10 seconds each.

- Pumped with black gator for 2 sets of 9 minutes

- Wet jelq with overhand grip for 35 minutes. Every 5-6 strokes I would get myself back up to 90%+ erection and hand clamp for 10-20 seconds

- Pumped with grey gator (level 4) for 4 sets of 9 minutes each.

Good routine! Dedication pays off!
Consider recording your PI ‘s and the feedback your dick gives too. Will enable you to gauge when to change what.
Also measuring on exercise days is theoreticly no problem as it also gives you feedback how the routine goes even if it is not the “real” size(yet).

Thanks. I haven’t thought of recording PI’s but you bring up a good point and I will probably start. My PI’s have been really good and I try to listen to my unit. Since returning to regular PE at the beginning of the year I have been waking up to pretty solid morning wood. Even after I go through a pretty intense workout.

My end goal is 8” BPEL x 6” MSEG. Is anyone else trying to achieve this? :-) I know the answer.

Yesterday’s workout.

1 minute of manual stretching
Pumping (Penomet) - 2 sets of 9 minutes each with black gator.
Wet Jelqing - 35 minutes at 70-90% erection level. When my erection level (<70%) subsides after 6-8 strokes, I build back up to 90%+ and then do a manual hand clamp.
Pumping - 3 sets of 9 minutes each with grey gator.
Wet jelqing - 2 minutes. Mainly to recirculate blood. It felt good.

Note: I am kegeling throughout the pumping and jelqing. Also, I usually go into the pump with about a 60% erection.

Are you gaining your length via jelqing? Nice thread. I’ll be sure to check in from time to time.

I think I gained most of my length from Jelqing during my early days. I jelqed at lower erection levels (50-80%) back then. I never have done much stretching and never any hanging. So I think most has come from jelqing. Lately I have been stretching out further while in the pump but I haven’t measured lately. That is, I have been reaching higher length points that are on the pump. Usually I would hit 18 cm but now I am consistently getting to 19 cm and sometimes 20 cm.

Took off yesterday.

Woke up with some nice morning wood and feeling good.

Decided to change things up a little by breaking up my usual jelqing session (30-40 minutes) and separate it with some pumping in between.

Did some v-stretching for about minute.
Pumped with Penomet black gator - 3 sets of 7 minutes. Unit was nice and plump coming out of this and ready for some jelqing.
Jelqed (overhand) for 21 minutes at around 75-90% erection level. Every 6-8 strokes (5-7 seconds each stroke with kegeling) I would work back up to 90%+ erection level and hand clamped for 10-20 seconds with a glan squeeze at the end for 5-10 seconds
Pumped with grey gator - 2 sets of 7 minutes
Jelqed for 21 minutes, same as above
Pumped with great gator - 4 sets of 7 minutes

Started working at home with my unit wrapped in a heating pad.

PE works! Keep at it. Dedication pays off. Experiment and learn what works for you. Good luck everyone!

Well my PI”s were off the charts today and even though I worked out this morning, I felt like more was in store.

I did a quick 1 minute of v-stretching
Did 2 sets of 7 minutes of black gator pumping with the Penomet
20 minutes of jelqing at 70-90% erection level. As usual after 6-8 strokes I would build my erection level up to near 100% and then hand clamp.
Did 3 sets of 7 minutes of grey gator pumping
5 minutes of lighter jelqing just to get some circulation going.

Felt great throughout and had a nice plump unit coming out of the pump.

Another great PI day. Had a good weight and cardio workout this morning.

Very similar routine:
- 1 minute of v-stretching
- 3 sets of 7 minutes pumping with black gator
- 20 minutes of jelqing with squeezes/hand clamps every 6-8 jelq strokes
- 2 sets of 7 minutes pumping with grey gator
- 20 minutes of jelqing
- 1 set of 6 minutes and 1 set of 3 minutes with grey gator. The bottom part of my glands starts where it stays in contact with the cylinder get low on circulation unless I am constantly monitoring it. Once I get pretty plump this starts to happen. I have had some redness/purplish color after pumping in the past that I pushed to far and it was sensitive for the next couple of days. Now that I watch for it, it isn’t an issue.
- 2-3 minutes of light jelqing to promote circulation

Had to lay low for the last couple of days. Didn’t have the privacy that I typically have. So I took the last 4 days off. I needed it anyway but I have been in such a groove lately that I haven’t wanted to take any days off.

Before I took 4 days off my last day (7 APR) consisted of the following:
- Pump with black gator for 3 sets of 7 minutes
- 20 minutes of jelqing with squeezes/hand clamps every 6-8 strokes where each stroke takes about 5-8 seconds at 70-90% erection level.
- Pump with grey gator for 3 sets of 7 minutes
- 20 more minutes of jelqing and hand clamping
- Pump with grey gator for 6 sets of 7 minutes (things were feeling really good)
- Took a little break, maybe 30 minutes
- Clamping with adjustable flex tube cock ring - 3 sets of 12 minutes

I decided to measure during the clamping and I hit 15.3 cm! Some of that was definitely Edema (water retention) but damn it felt good!

Thats around 3hr total, sounds awesome tho
