Back again, again. Posting my return measurements and restarting the newbie routine Sunday.

6 years ago I started a size journey. I have not been consistent for the last 4 years.
2016 at 80% EQ
BPEL - 5in
MSEG - 4.25in
Flaccid length 2-3in
215lbs weight

2022 at 80% EQ
BPEL - 6in
NBPEL - 5in
MSEG - 4.5in
Flaccid length BP - 4.5in NBP - 3.75in
Flaccid MSEG - 3.75
Current weight 225 (got fat again)

1in length and .25in girth cemented after 2 years steady and 4 years off. Back for more.

Week 1 routine
5min warm up with wall heater.
30 second stretches each direction for 2.5 minutes total
100 jelq’s

Raising the stretch time by 2min 30 seconds a week.

Fitness routine for week 1 is stretching and planks 15min a night+

I’ve seen some new tech since returning. Gonna keep it old school for a while since I already have some gear for advanced PE but that won’t start for at least 3 months.

So far this week I have kept my PE schedule but have absolutely failed doing my stretching and abdominal routine. Calling myself out right now.

Was feeling down so I took a rest day. Generally I don’t take rest days until my EQ decreases. My inability to get back on track with my fitness is becoming a mental block on my happiness.

Definitely getting EQ gains already. One of the downfalls from a better EQ is more sensitivity which decreases my ability to slay. Oh well.

Aye welcome back MV! Keep up that EQ gains that is the first step brother.

Actually forced myself to have a good workout for once. Did a full upper body 1 hour lifting session. Gotta get myself back in shape.

Added 15sec to each stretch in my routine and adding another 15 next week. Can’t hide in the bathroom too long so I doubt my stretching routine will pass 5 minutes because it’s tied in with my showers.

PI’s indicated back to back rest days due to low EQ. Woke up hard as a rock. Back to work today to start week 3.
