M-Audio84's Routine

I do PE at night when I come home from gym. Currently I’m doing the Newbie Routine but I increase the amount/time of it.

5 min hot wrap
10- 45 sec manual stretches
15-20 min jelqing
5 min hot wrap
5-10 min kegels
