Luizmrcl's Routine

For 84 days( around 3 months): Variation of Newbie Routine (w/ fowfer only after the 6th week).
I call this stage the ´´beginners foundation“ like the base of a piramid. I believe the sucess or failure of every other stage will depend on this stage. Main goal is not to get hurt and make my penis used to the stress of the exercises. In this phase I am learning more about what I can and can´t do in order to have the best results. Soreness and loss of erection being the important things to notice and reavaluate. Unfortunately I am obsessed with the ruler. I have to measure every day!

Warm up: I tried soaking a cloth with hot/warm water but it did not work that well for me as I had to put the cloth back in hot water too often (tried in the shower as well).
I prefer heating water on the stove and putting inside a plastic thermal insulated mug and dipping my flaccid penis inside of it for about 4 minutes. Works best for me.

Stretching: 90%downward stretches. The side stretches I do while sitting on my penis when driving or @ work when I can manage to. It varies in duration. 1 hour to 2 hours.

After 8 weeks I starter Fowfers before falling asleep with almost zero disconfort. (Have to move my balls around so they do not to get hurt). I do not warm up and do fowfers as I believe my body temperature is enough.

Jelqing: Very easy for me to overdo it. At the beginning I felt disconfort probably due to the force of the ok sign, etc (I play accoustic guitar in my spare time) and by increasing the amount of time too fast. Not giving enough time for my body to get used to the routine and overstressing it. too soon. I increase intensity from week to week (about 5% ). I believe i have not gotten any injury due to the fact that I warm up accordingly and because I start my jelqing sessions with very low intensity and build my way up to more intense jelqing with erection at 75-85%.

Warm down: Same as the warm up and whenever I can I still stretch some more.

Seen gains since my first week doing Jelq and stretching. The first week I saw amazing gains in flacid length. Will put data after completing 3 months (84 days program).
