Hey guys, so I started a thread before and that got moved so I will be tracking only workouts and progress here. I started with a BPEL of 6’ and began stretches and jelqing and got to a length of 6.5’ within a month. I then began the real newbie routine at the start of May and as of now my BPEL is 7’ (for proof check out my other thread with pictures). For EG, I started at 5.20’ and now I’m at about 5.35’. So far, I am very happy with these gains and I will continue PE until I reach my goal of a BPEL of 8’ and EG of 6’. Thanks and best of luck to any gainers!

Completed my PE today and I’m feeling great. It was a great workout and I definitely feel my whole regimen is working. If something works, stick to it right?

Anyways, I have been experimenting with jelqing quite a bit and have found one specific motion that works incredibly. It feels that when I’m jelqing that way I am gaining stroke by stroke. This method requires you to be standing up and what you do is bend your legs a bit outwards, making a diamond-like shape. Apply a two-three finger grip at the base and jelq straight down. Try to get your member perpendicular to the ground or even a bit farther. Squeeze very hard too and I even kegel at the end of each stroke too to really feel it. With my other hand I just hold my nuts so they don’t get in the way and it reduces the excess skin.

I am not sure if this method is already known or it’s an advanced one, but it has been working wonders for me. Just thought you guys might want to know ;)

How many reps? You warm up? Erection level? Congrats by the way

Usually go for about 80 reps doing this. I do 100 regular jelqs before it too but I jelq downwards. And yes I warm up and stretch before and after jelqing. Erection level about 70%

It stands to reason that if guys are gaining doing BTC stretches, than this jelq style should work similarly. I too perform Jelqs as you describe on occasion- I certainly feel a difference from normal Jelqs.

What’s up guys just checking in here. Everything is going good I do feel that when I take a day off then the next time or few times I do my PE routine, I don’t have a great workout. Also, when I masturbate, even as little as I do(1x a week), I have another bad workout when I jelq the next day. Any thoughts on this guys?

Also, I’m looking to buying a PE device! Any devices recommended to guys like me that are about a month and a half in? Thanks!

Alright guys so I decided to add something to my routine. Instead of one session I will be doing two now. One in the morning which will consist of heating up and inverted v stretching, and then the old newbie routine at night. I took some time off to measure properly and measured 7.25” x 5.5”. I’ve reached my short term of girth and I’m .25” away from my short term length. I don’t mean to brag or anything but I have really been gaining a lot recently and I haven’t had one problem! Well, I guess my only problem is that I didn’t discover PE earlier!

I bought a Phallosan and use that for an ADS device. It’s quite good and fairly comfortable. I still struggle with the attachment process and am trying to get it down. But that’s me and generally I think it is good. It’s expensive, and it was a major pain in the ass to get it shipped here from Germany. Took a long 4 months because of all sorts of customs issues and communication problems with the company. However, I am glad I got it.

Now as to what you’re doing…

1) what is your average erectile % (how hard) when you are jelqing? I think that is important to look at re: your jelq session quality. Masturbating once a week and having next-day issues? That makes me think more about your intensity of PE than the masturbation itself.

2) It’s cool to see you so interested and explorative. One thing I’d caution is to not ‘go this way, then that, then back this way’ by adding and changing up in your routine. Not too much and not too quickly. Otherwise it is very hard to track progress and what works or doesn’t. It’s really just proper scientific process. Tweak one thing, practice and observe for quite a while, and then assess.

BusterHymes, it try to jelq with an erection level of about 70%. I think I’ve figured it out because I might have been jelqing with too much intensity. Instead, I’m going to tone it down. However, I will still stretch in the morning (I’m following Momento’s two session routine). As for the device, I’m going to go without one for as long as I can. Meaning when I stop getting gains I’ll consider getting one. Thanks for the info and good luck with your gains as well!

I think one of the keys to success touted by many on here is to keep it simple. sticking with the most basic exercises and performing them within a reasonable amount of time seems to work best. There are lots of different aids and tools that can be utilized, but aren’t the be-all end-all of a good routine.

Indeed, a good solid routine and regularity is the key.

I use the ADS to stay in an extended state, not so much to put strain on the penis. It’s more for optimal healing. And it comes with cost (aside from outlay of funds): kind of a PITA at times.

Just got done with my first session of inverted v stretching and warming up/down and I feel great. Wanted to share another variant of the inverted v stretch I found which really stretches the tissue. So basically it is like doing the worm, the dance move, just for your penis. I do it semi erect so I can still maneuver and stretch it anyway I want. Try it out guys and tell me what you think!

Just got back from a weekend of vacation so I wasn’t really able to do my 2 session routine. I left Friday and did the first session that day and came back Sunday and did the jelqing session that night. Anyway, I was with my girlfriend this weekend and my EQ was much higher than normal haha. I actually couldn’t really grip my whole hand on it that is how thick it felt. The length was great too. It’s a great feeling to see how much you have gained even when it doesn’t look like it. I’m really hoping to get close to an 8” BPEL by mid August and I know that if I don’t make it I’ll sure be close! I’m actually really surprised at how consistent and religiously I’ve been doing PE. I just want to say thanks for all this site has done to me. I am much more confident now and I am no longer insecure of my size. That does not mean I will be quitting PE any time soon. I’m too addicted to quit now :)

I forgot to measure at the beginning of the month! Sorry guys. I’ll try to do that as soon as I can but I’m guessing I’ll be around 7.5x5.5 or maybe even more of a BPEL. I’m not focused on girth right now but any girth gains are a plus for me right now. Also, I received a compliment on my size for the first time! Long story short, my gf and I ended up having sex on the beach and out of no where she said she loved my dick because it was so big. Definitely a confidence booster! If any of you guys have ever gotten the “It’s so big” compliment post below with your story. Would love to hear them!
