Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. I’ve been pretty busy with work but I’ve still managed to get my daily PE in. As of now I have reached my summer goal of 8” BPEL. I’ve been consistently measuring at eight inches for 3 days now. As for girth, I’ve actually gained quite a bit and I’m at 5.7” EG. I’m going to keep my routine up for as long as I can because my gains have been great. Every chance I get I stretch. Even if I’m watching a movie or something. Anyway, just wanted to let you guys know what I’ve been up to.


Start: BPEL 6.5" EG 5.2" July 2015: BPEL 7.25" EG 5.5"

Goal (short term): 7.5" x 5.5" Goal (long term): 8" x 6"

Now: BPEL 8.5" EG 5.9" New Goal: BPEL 9"+ EG 6"+

I’ve changed up some of my techniques for jelqing. Before I used to use one hand only to reduce the skin clumping up at the head and the results were great. Now I am focusing on just trapping the blood at the head by using two hands (jelq with one and hold just before the head, then jelq with the other hand while the other hand is still at the head). I immediately felt much thicker than ever before. I ended up measuring my girth that night and it was about 6 inches. Has anyone else noticed an increase in girth using this technique? Also is trapping blood at the head effective for length? I really don’t want much more girth but I’m fine with gaining a bit more in the length department. Let me know what you guys think.
