Longer Thicker Log

This log will be helpful to keep me on track, and share my journey to a better dick. I was first introduced to PE, somewhere around 2009. I was always a bit self-conscious about my lack of girth, and every once in a while I would google ‘how to get a bigger dick’. Through my searching I found out about jelqing, and it seemed more legit than pills and potions. My reasoning was that, if people could stretch out their earlobes and necks, surely it’s possible to stretch out your dick.

Nothing was accomplished back then. I did a few jelqing sessions, got impatient, bought an extender and a dick-roller jelqing device. I didn’t really know what I was doing, I didn’t have any set method or plan. The minor amount of PE I did must have done something, because someone noticed "ridges" on my dick that weren’t there the last time we had sex. I didn’t know what to make of that. The extender didn’t fit me comfortably, and just seemed a bit dangerous, so I got rid of it. I stopped doing any kind of PE.

Fast forward to a couple months ago. I saw Thunder’s Place mentioned on a forum, and decided to check it out. I’m really glad I did! This place is a sea of information. I did the newbie routine for about a month and I have already noticed girth gains. My dick curves to the left in almost a ‘r’ shape, so it’s difficult to get an accurate measure. If I measure from the top it’s 7.4" EL and from the side it’s 8" EL. My starting mid base girth was around 4.25" an thanks to the newbie routine I’m at 4.5" MEG. I didn’t take a starting base measure, but that is 5" BEG. I’m a slim guy so there isn’t much of a "fat pad" on me if any. After reading some of the ‘101’ threads, I decided to focus on length first. Even though girth is my main goal, I decided to take advantage of my lack of girth to reach my length goal faster.

My dick goal is to reach 9" X 6", and reduce my dick curve a bit. I know it’s not going to happen over night, but I’m in it for the long haul. Since the newbie routine is mostly jelqing (girth), I swapped that out for hanging. I only decided to hang after I found the perfect wrap. The DIY Shunga Roll made from a wrist wrap, works great! It’s really comfortable, and takes seconds to put on or take off.

I’m taking my time hanging, and taking it nice and slow. I didn’t want to buy and extra weights, so I’ve been using the weights from my Boflex dumbbells. The smallest weight in the set is 1lbs 3oz, I’ve been using that for a week. I’m still trying to get to that golden fatigue point during sets, but I don’t want to raise the weight too quickly too soon.

I know that hanging is recommended for later in a PE career, but I also read that some people started hanging right from the start. I think it’s fine if you are smart about it. A lot of the advice I see mention how everyone’s path is different, but we learn and help each other and do what is best for our own goals. I’m glad I was able to find this site, so many helpful people and great threads. If anyone has any tips on curve reduction please let me know or point me to a thread. Thanks!

Jk lol but with curves.. My lightsaber has a twist so while I was masturbating one time decided to kind of twist in the opposite direction to straight en it out. It felt weird because of the unnatural shape I created from masturbating over the years. With your curve, you may be able to do the same. Think of it like.. You’re fixing a screw thats out of place.

Lol Yeah, I always try to guide my dick to the right, whenever I do anything with it. If I ADS I attach to my right leg, If I jerk I try and guide it right. All my effort doesn’t seem to do much though, I still curve left. Hopefully hanging will help fix it a bit.

First time hanging 2lbs, it felt like a really good stretch. I looked around for advice on making a homemade vac hanger. Vac is safer, so I might as well make the switch.

I read some studies by urologist Paolo Gontero, that talked about length gains from traction devices. In the study men used their extenders for 6 hours a day over 4 months. That’s a ton of hours. I’m only doing 1hr 20mins. There are too many variables with my current hanging method. The wrap needs to be just right, the vac materials wear out. I’m spending too much time making adjustments and problem solving. I need to be able to put it on and get my time in. Hopefully the vac tugger I ordered allows me to just get my hang time without much guess work.

I don’t know if I would use it personally. Lol I tried penis enlargement pills before that didnt really work.

I would never try any pills or potions either, a tugger just makes it easier to hang weights and ADS for longer periods of time.

I’ve been doing light hanging, waiting for my tugger to arrive, it finally got here! I tried it on, it fits. Putting it on takes some getting used to. Can’t wait to get some serious hang time in.

I did 3 sets of 20min @ 2lbs, 4+ hours ADS

I feel like I can streamline my hanging now. I’m still getting used to putting on the tugger, but it is a much easier task than wrapping. I started with 20mins, then 35, 45, then over an hour wearing the device. I feel confident now, that I don’t have to worry about loss of blood flow. I can do my hanging, then ADS while I go about my day.

Two sets of 40mins @ 2lbs, 3hrs ADS

Best of luck OP. I made an effort of about 7 months hanging but gave up due to lack of time. Once I started getting into the 8 set range of 20 minutes each my routine grew to the 3-4 hour range including breaks. It was unbearable. Better luck to you!

Thanks man. Yeah the breaks really eat up time, that’s why I decided to switch to a vac hanger early. Now I don’t take breaks unless I have to piss. I’m still in my first month, but I try to get my sets in whenever I can. I fell off the wagon over the weekend, I had to work out of town, but I’m back at it again.
