-7 minute warm up

-100ish light jelqs

-6 minute warm down

Will be taking a break starting tomorrow to clear my head and see how my unit reacts. I do think I have plateaud in some way and I just be want to take a small break from PE. I will be posting daily still if I wake up with morning wood and my EQ.

-no morning wood but a lot of erections. EQ around an 8?

Just as an idea for going in after the decon break: keep the routine stable but change the frequency from a 2/1 to a 1/2. Like that, your dick has more recovery and growth time. If it feels right, you then can start to increase to a 2/2, 3/2, etc on a monthly base until you are at 5/2 which IMHO is the highest reasonable frequency.

Day 4 of my small break

Here are some notes

-flaccid is a little better

-morning wood is coming back

-I’m pretty sure I’m packing bigger size than usual

-easier erections

I noticed I’ve never put a goal size.

I’ve imagined a 7 8/16 would be good for length and 5 8/16 would be good for girth

But I’d have to actually have that size to know if I’d be completely done with PE lol

Your goal should be whatever you want it to be. Warning! There’s a line between a goal and absurdity. If your penis gets so large that it no longer works for sex, what’s the point? I guess if your goal is to be a freak and that makes you happy, then go for it. Think of folks who cover themselves with piercings and full body tattoos.

Well I have approached PE like I did my Game Ranch Management. I set an objective (long term goal that is not reachable) and then set goals (short term that is reachable) in order to keep focus and head in the right direction. My objective is 11 inches BPEL. My goal is 9 inches before the end of the year.


Stats 7/7/2017- 8.2 BPEL 5.3 MSEG

Yeah I don’t have super long term goals besides my gains being cemented. I would hate to grow and lose it again. So I’ve made the decision that 7 and 8/16 would be good in length, because I like my length now but I would like a little more. As for my girth, I want it also just a little thicker.

(7th day of break I think) lol

-8 minute warm up

-100 light jelqs while erect

-5 of ULIs and were 8 second holds each

-8 minute warm down

Later I had action (pleasured myself) and took a nap. I would like to say I woke up with the hardest erection I’ve had in sooooooooo long like it hurt how hard it was and I felt meaty and thick and wonderful

-rest day with a not bad EQ

Day 138

-woke up multiple times with morning wood some of those times. PE tomorrow!

Day 139

-I lied no PE :( was too busy. But finished some summer classes so now I have more personal time ! Next day is gonna be PE for sure
