I’ve been practicing PE off and on for a few years. Just learning.. Started in February in the first two months I’ve gained 1/4 in girth here’s how I did it.. Heads up I wasn’t very conditioned when I started.. But I guess my penis is pretty tough but I did get 1 black dot on head that never went away..

-5 min warm up

-Manual stretch in all directions 30sec and kegel

-3 min warm up

-20 min jelq

-3 min warm up

-4x 10 sec ulis

-3min warm up

-3x 10 min clamp sessions
I get erect clamp tight as possible then kegel till it’s expand as far as possible.. It stretches every direction and can feel the burning.. Don’t recommend doing it my way hurts and it’s dangerous

-No warm down..

I’m only focused on girth cause hanging makes me turtle bad and doesn’t seem to work and take a lot of time.. Just started my girth routine again

Wow, that’s some intense routine in my eyes. Very girth focused, which is your objective. Just some thoughts I have when I read your post:

- A lot if heat applied. That certainly is good.
- You mention that hangig makes you turtle. But what about stretching?
- The proportion between stretching and jelqing is maybe a bit extreme. More girth needs in my opinion longer ligaments too, as a bigger tunica will have nore outwards stretched fixations to the ligaments. So a bit more stretching would make sense for having more girth
- You do not mention the frequency of PE. How many on and off days do you actually do?
- You describe your penis as “hard”. And your routine is pretty heavy. I would describe your routine as target routine for intense girth-work. But what about a ramp-up into the routine?

So finally, I think you should maybe step back a have a 2-4 weeks decon break and restart the routine, but this time by slowly and gradually building it up. Just to decondition your penis fron that intense training and allow a bit more growth.
And have, whatever number of ob-days you do, always 2 off days in sequence because growth needs rest time.

Thanks for the input much appreciated. I took a few months off before starting in February. PE 2 on 2 off for 8 days then a week off did that twice. Then I took a few months off did light stretchs the last month before starting hanging used 2.2lb did that for a week but turtled a lot felt like leather and loss of sensitivity didn’t feel much stretching after first day. So I took 4 days off and started my girth routine today and sensitivity is back no leather feeling. Manual stretch doesn’t make it turtle If I don’t do alot. I did notice what you were talking about needing longer ligs cause when I was clamping this time I could see the lig pulling on the back of the head and started to curve upward a tad when I clamp. He naturally curve up when erect. I’ll find out in a few days if I’ve gained After that I’ll take a week off then try length exercises see what works. I’m open to suggestions.

- Also I started jelqing downwards to try fix curve cause I’m only 6.5in with curve. I feel pull on the ligs hope that helps. Girth was 4.5in now it’s 4.75

That sounds like a cautious and god planning. Just a quick input: I am a but scrptic about the downward jelqing. Just br attentive to the dorsal (main!) nerve of your penis.

For correcting a curve I recommend to add some more downward stretches as first measure. I am just careing about having too much pressure/rubbing force by jelqs on the upper side.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I have noticed I gain better when I take long rests ie 4-7 days. Continuous PE doesn’t do much for me. My current routine is 3 days PE and 5 days off.

Sweet thanks guys.. I read that if there is not a slight increase in size with in a month to try something new.. What do you guys think about that? Also can too much heat be counter productive? Like make it stretchy instead of getting the micro tears that result in growth?

Any help?
