I started around 17 (I’m 19 now, today, 10/05/14, when I signed up.) and for 2 years I was on and off. I don’t think I made any gains in that time but I’m not much of a quitter. Now I’m only focusing on length (Yeah I know that they say females care more about girth but this is about me!).

Anyway, starting stats:

BPFSL: ~5 & 04/16

NBPEL: ~5 & 04/16 (Maybe I did gain because I think at one point it was 5 & 12/16)

BPEL: ~6 & 04/16

Goal: 7 NBPEL (Reaching much? Probably.)

I’m gonna keep checking up weekly cause why not?

* This will probably be done mostly manually. I currently do not live alone so I probably won’t be purchasing or manufacturing any devices.

Current Routine:

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

It’s Day 2, I haven’t done my routine yet but my NBPEL is back up to around ~5.5 so I think my old gains are coming back.

Sounds like a good routine to get started on. You might want to take beginning photos so you have a bench mark to compare your gains to. Once you start to make gains, your eyes/brain for some reason will not comprehend it.

Remember, patience and consistency is the key.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

I noticed that when I jelq, after about 2-3 minutes the erection that was created fades. When I start again later today (Wednesday — Tuesday was my day off) I’ll take note of when it goes flaccid and then add 30 seconds to adjust the routine.

My NBPEL went up to around 5 & 06/16, didn’t check the BPEL of BPFSL, I’ll do on my next off day, Friday.

Ugh, broke schedule yesterday, 2 days on today and tomorrow instead of yesterday and today.
