Let's see how long for gains

Hey everybody! I’ve been in this community for about a year now and I’ve been reading all of these threads and its kinda
Got me into starting one of my own!

So I heard about jelqing a few years back and had no proper resources to help me with my jelqs which led to injury and a lot
Of pain for a while, so I stopped jelqing for about 2 years and I’ve been properly trained now to jelq. I’ve been using the Newbie technique
For close of 8 months now. (Everything except kegels which I may start if it can cause a difference in anything)

I sadly haven’t seen any growth except about .2 cm in girth which is good I guess but what I am really aiming for is length.

My BPEL is 5 in
And my girth is around 4 in.

My main goal in PE is to gain length and my dream BPEL is anything above 6 in.

I am always down for any new techniques and any advice for anything!

Also I have noticed the my EQ has gone up a lot which I assume is a good sign, but that is like the only other thing that I have noticed.

Stretching is still very weird for me I constantly get erect after a minute and have to wait for my erection to go down, any thoughts on that?

I’ve downloaded a couple of PDFs. One is called “Exercising the Penis” by Aaron Kemmer. The other is from PEGym. Called “Penis Exercises”. They are almost the same book, but there are slight differences. The guides are great. They focus on manual exercising. Also the beginner guides offered at Thunders Place.

So last night I decided to try out some new stretches, in which I tried the V stretch and the JAI stretch which was recommended by some people
I could already tell after doing the required reps for this stretch my penis looked a lot more “full” and in some cases “meatier” Which I assume is
Good because none of my previous stretches had done that to me, but other than that I kept with the normal Newbie routine with 70 jelqs and ended with
A hot towel wrap for 5 mins.

Hopefully these stretches will cause something and will let me see a gain after 8 months :)

So after the past week I sadly missed one day on my routine, but I will make up for it, but I got some questions in mind if anyone wouldn’t mind answering,

What’s the easiest way to make a cock ring?

If I shave does it help with PE?

If I haven’t seen any changes should I get a new technique?

Lastly, does being circumcised affect with PE, cause I believe that’s why I always get hard doing my stretches.

I find stretching as important as jelqing, I sometimes suffer from the same thing (getting slightly errect while stretching) you just have to keep trying until your penis gets used to it. The fact you haven’t seen any length gains suggests to me you need to stretch more or you could just be a slow gainer, probably both but don’t give up you WILL get to your target.

The easiest way to make a cock ring is to buy a reasonably thick rubber O-ring that’s a bit smaller than your erect base girth and call it a cock ring. Shaving or just trimming is a good idea if your hair gets in the way of whatever you’re trying to do.

You’ll have to give it a good amount of time to know whether what you are doing is working. Gradually increase your routine as long as you aren’t having negative PI.

I believe that you were right because after 3 months since my last measurement, and about 1 month of new stretches

I grew about 1.5 cm in length which I am astonished about!

That’s great news, you are 1cm away from a 1 inch gain.

I’m finding my stretches in the bath/shower are a lot more effective. Heat is underrated.

Should be able to find O-rings in hardware stores. Lowes, home hardware any place like that should have O-rings you can use. Make sure you get the right fit for you.
