Large4life's Routine

I spent roughly 3 years hanging exclusively btc, without using an ADS. I would hang anywhere from 30min-1 hr a day. I also incorporated jelqing and manual stretching into my routine. I’ve been PEing for over 4 years now (2007).

As of now, I am experimenting with cable clamps and hope to get my mid section girth from 6.5” to 7.0”. (Note that my base girth is 7”+). I clamp 20-30 min a day, and do about 20 min of O-bends as well.
