Ladyteapot's Routine

AM Heat for 2 minutes then hang 13 lbs for 30 mins using a silicon sleeve with a heat pad then shower and afterwards apply Bio-oil with 2 mins stretch and squeeze to get a good blood flow. Just a single set.

PM Heat for 2mins then hang 13 lbs for 30 mins in 2 sets with a stretch and blood flow in between using a heat pad on the hanging.

Repeat for 7 days
