Kurthungus' Routine

Routine is done off-and-on, trying to get consistent; fairly standard routine:

hot wrap (5 min)
manual stretching (20 min)
hot wrap (5 min; sometimes, not everytime)
wet jelqing (15-20 min)
hot wrap (5 min)

few JAI stretches during day when time allows (bathroom breaks, etc) to keep things loose.
