I haven’t posted on here, but I have been using the site for info for many years now. I decided to hopefully give something back through all of my trials and tribulations. I’ve been PEing for probably about 10 years and have gone from just under 6” in length to now 8 1/8”. Girth I never really measured starting out but I’m guessing I was definitely 5” or less and am now a shade under 6”. I definitely could have gained more and it wasn’t 10 years consistent, dedicated PE by any means. My measurements haven’t been super well documented and I’m not going to post pics.. So if you need that to be your proof feel free to ignore this post. It is 100% true and I think could be helpful to others. I’m not writing all of this just to look cool to a bunch of random guys on an internet dick site.
I first really thought about my size when I was 20. I had a long-term gf who when we broke up her new man apparently had a big dick. She didn’t really rub it in my face, she just brought it up that it was big and made her bleed the first time they had sex. So that kind of sucked, but at the time I didn’t really know what to do about it. Then a couple years later my next gf was older and she had stated she had been with a couple guys with bigger dicks. One was 9” long and another was so thick she “couldn’t touch her fingers” when grabbing it. So that’s about the time I first started to kind of be bothered about it I guess. I’m the typical guy in that I want to be bigger/badder than everyone else.
My first introduction to PE was thru pills. I seen some ADS in magazines and such so I went online to buy one and found more info on the subject. I ended up going with an All-Day stretcher and some pills. Was a bit disappointed of course, you know the pills claim add 2” in a month or some crazy shit. The stretcher did produce gains though, mostly length. My gf at the time worked away so it left me a lot of free time to stretch. I was wearing the stretcher for 4-6 hours a day during the week and then sometimes I’d try to sneak in an hour or 2 on weekends. I did that for about a year and gained about an inch in length taking me to almost 7” in length. Girth gains were negligible. I hated doing that though.. It was so depriving and I felt lame. Sitting in bed stretching my dick for hours on end just felt like a waste of time.. Even if it was working. That coupled with fact we broke up and I met my now wife and we moved in together shortly after.. Basically put an end to that.
I stopped PE altogether for awhile, but still wasn’t happy with where I was. I ended up stumbling onto the Matters of Size forum and got into all kind of crazy shit through there. I started out with his beginner routine and then ended up trying pumping, clamping, etc. I gained some here too and got to almost 7.5” in length and about 5.2” in girth. At that point I got into lifting and competitive bodybuilding. That took SOOOO much of my time PE basically went out the window for awhile. I either wasn’t doing it or was just doing a light routine of basic stretches/jelqs. I will say though that eventually led to me taking anabolic steroids and HGH. I do think those helped growth in some degree. I wasn’t really doing much of anything and though my length pretty much stayed the same my girth definitely improved to about 5.5” I can’t for sure pinpoint it on any one factor. I was doing some jelquing, AAS promotes more bloodflow, HGH could certainly cause some gains. In any case, I’m not going to advocate anyone taking any of these things without doing some major research and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it strictly for PE purposes, but I do believe it helped.
Basically I did that for years before my latest resurgence into PE. It was again bodybuilding related. I was looking into peptides and ended up trying IGF-LR3 to try to maximize gains. In doing research for that I stumbled upon some info stating that it may also increase penis size. So that kind of got me back into that mindset. So I figured what the hell, if I’m taking this shit.. Let me do some more consistent PE to see if I can get my dick a little bigger. So I again just went into the standard basic stretches and jelqs for 30 min a day while taking that for a few weeks. It did seem to look bigger, so progress motivates me I guess. That’s when I came back on here and started really doing research and trying to implement a really solid routine for growth. I came up with a slightly different version of my current routine (I will post below) and did another cycle of IGF-LR3. Again, it seemed bigger. I didn’t take any measurements but it looked bigger, felt bigger, etc.. So even after my cycle I continued to progress with my routine and stay consistent.
Up until now, where I got to the point where many of us do and am like.. Am I actually gaining? Is this worth my time? So last night I said to myself, ok I’m going to measure.. And I’m going to measure again in 1 month and if I don’t gain anything I’m going to stop or try something else or just really re-evaluate what I’m doing here.
So I measured. I was actually a bit nervous to measure. Last time I actually measured was years ago when I was doing it more consistently. It kind of seemed bigger, I wasn’t sure. Maybe I lost some after taking my breaks and having lack of consistency and just gained that back recently so I just “think” I’m gaining when really I’m just getting back what I lost? I was just hoping I was over 7.5” and 5.2” girth so I could at least justify my efforts. I was pleasantly surprised when I measured. I got 8 5/8” in BPFL, 8 1/8” BPEL, and about 5.8” in EG (though it was kind of rushed, not 100% erect). MOST, if not all of those gains have come in the last 6 months or so. I will credit the IGF for helping fo sure, but honestly I feel that a big part of it was just my re-commitment. Looking back whenever I was REALLY motivated, I gained. Plain and simple. The issue is staying motivated. The breaks of course stalled progress, but there were also so many times when I was doing a routine and just going through the motions, not concentrating on the stretch/the squeeze, not warming up, etc.
So now I am super motivated!! I will continue with my current routine and measure again in a month and from there either change routine or keep going based on measurements. I DO plan on intending experimenting with IGF more come summer. Will also try incorporating hcg into the mix. My overall goal is to be 9” NBPEL and girth just as big as I can get or until my wife complains. I’m not going to make this a log per say, because I find that boring. I’m not going to be bigger from now til Thursday and I’m doing the same shit every day so it’s not worth the time or read IMO. I will post updates when I measure or try something new.
I’m going to post my progress and routine below along with tips/advices/things I’ve learned that may help people.

Starting (these aren’t going to be exact, I can’t remember specifics and I wasn’t really planning on documenting this):
BPEL: less than 6”
BPFL: 6 1/4”
EG: less than 5 “

Current:
BPEL: 8 1/8”
BPFL: 8 5/8”
EG: 5.8”

Current Routine:
10 min warm up with heating pad
Manual Stretches - 2 min of each (straight out, left, right, down, inverted a-stretch with fulcrum(bottle), inverted v-stretch with fulcrum(bottle), 2 hand “mega-stretch?”, straight out right hand (reverse grip), straight out left hand (reverse grip).
(***This is probably confusing as fuck. 1st 4 stretches I use v-grip with index and middle fingers. “Reverse grip” is basically just me using an ok-grip. I find I can pull harder that way, but if I do it for all stretches my hands/arms give out.. So I save it for the end. “Mega-stretch” is just me grabbing below the glands with my right hand in an ok-grip, kind of twisting my hand so my hand is being used as a fulcrum and also putting my other hand over my hand to get maximum power. I can’t draw for shit, so good luck figuring that out? It might even be called something else by someone else.. Not trying to steal anyone’s shit or say I invented something. If you have questions, let me know. I’ll try to answer them.)
30 min jelqs/squeezes. - I set timer for 30 min and do jelqs, stopping every 5-6 min or so to do a 30 second squeeze. I finish it off by getting as hard as I can and doing 1 last squeeze for as long as I can
After that I do a long stretch. Long as I can.. I read at some point stretching after girth work helps, so I don’t have time to do a bunch of stretching but I figured it wouldn’t hurt.

*I stretch 6 days a week and do girth work 4 days/week. I think stretching-> the more the better. Girth work takes more time to recover, can negatively affect EQ.

Things I’ve learned:
- I really think manual is the best “bang for your buck” routine
- Haven’t had much success with devices aside from ADS, which was a pain in the ass.
- Mindset is of the upmost importance. You really need to focus and concentrate. Stay motivated. CONCENTRATE. Feel the fibers stretching, gauge how hard your pulling, how engorged you are when jelquing, etc. Don’t just go through motions.
- Keep a log-book. I should have done this more and measured more. You need to know if something is working or if you’re just wasting your time.
- Longer stretches are better IMO. I started doing the typical 30 second stretches. Stretching for longer periods (2 min+) really helped. I think time under tension is a key factor.
- Hanging may be better for length? I’ve always wanted to try it, just don’t have the time.. Maybe someday.
- Do what works for you. Try everything. Don’t just blindly follow advice/routines. If you’re not feeling a certain exercise or it’s not working.don’t do it. Focus on what works for you.
- You get out of it what you put in. Again, to harp on effort/concentration. If you put together some half assed, quick routine you’re probably not going to get far. I think the more the better.. Up until a point I’m sure. Right now I’m doing just over an hour total, because that’s all I have time for honestly. On top of that I do stretches almost every time I go piss, it’s just always on my mind and I’m doing as much as I can to get make sure I’m putting in maximum effort.
- Bodybuilding has helped. I think just being healthy and in shape is great for PE. I”m not condoning AAS, HGH, IGF, etc. But they DEFINITELY do not hurt! ;)
- Girls do like it better. I’ve had new partners and they all commented positively. My wife is not perceptive at all, but I can definitely tell she enjoys sex just a little bit more. I can fill her up and hit places I couldn’t at the beginning of our relationship. It’s not a miracle worker though and it’s not like it’s a night/day difference. Don’t think growing your dick a bit is going to make you god’s gift to women or tear your partner’s vagina apart. They stretch/expand quite a bit and even though some girls do comment on it, a few girls are even obsessed by it, and it definitely does make SOME difference. Largely women don’t care that much. Focus on foreplay, lasting awhile, technique, etc. You care more than she does.. Bottom line.
- Don’t expect miracles. Yea I gained over 2” in length and 1” in girth.. But it took a long ass time! Admittedly, I could have gotten there faster had I more time, was more consistent, etc. It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
- Don’t give up. Along with that, don’t give up. Progress may come slow or even not at all at points. Don’t give up. Re-focus, put in more effort, change routine, do more research, etc. You can get there.

Side note - I feel like there should be a groundbreaking invention or discovery in PE? Like it seems everyone is doing the same shit they were 5-10 years ago. Maybe that’s just all there is and there really is no “magic fix” or anything. It just seems like with most things in life there is progress and new inventions, techniques, etc. I’ve been hoping for something of the sort, but to no avail. There’s definitely a market. Just a random thought.

I’ve thought this as well. I suppose it’s because PE really only boils down to being effective because of elongation or engorgement. All the gadgets and such, just boil down to one of these two things. There are only so many ways you can elongate or engorge the penis. The gadgets themselves are becoming more fancy and sophisticated due to market demand,, 3D printing, etc., but it’s still replicating the same super basic things that human males have been doing to enhance their cocks for thousands of years.
