Kumbyah's Routine

I only started this routine a few days before I joined here.

Early AM:
In bed….
Manual stretching 3 mins
Dry Jelq in bed 5 mins
get up ….
Warm up with hot cloth 2 mins
wet jelq 3 mins
Manual stretches in all directions and a few rotations left and right 3mins
Warm 1 min

Daytime:
Warm up 2 mins
Dry jelq 2 mins
Various manual stretches 2 mins
Warm 1 min

Late PM:
Warm up with hot cloth 2 mins
wet jelq 3 mins
Manual stretches in all directions and a few rotations left and right 3mins
Warm 1 min

Before going to sleep in bed….
Manual stretching 3 mins
Dry Jelq in bed 3 mins

I try to Kegal whenever I remember to and particularly during the above routines.
My LOT is somewhere between 7 and 8 (it seems to vary)

From my previous efforts using my own ideas a couple of years ago, I achieved no length increase using weights up to 30 lbs, but did get a slight baseball bat effect from squeezes and this has remained.
