Always warm flesh in bath then…

Alternating Stretches:

10 left side stretches - 30 secs each
10 right side stretches - 30 secs each
10 downward stretches - 30 secs each
10 upward stretches - 30 secs each

About 150 dry jelqs … OR … 100 wet jelqs (depending on situation)

some rotational stretches

and some massaging after.
