Hello,
I will be using this thread to catalog my experiences good and bad on my journey. Up until recently I was just viewing the supplement forum and have now decided to give PE a go. I will keep track of my stats, routines and supplement experience to be a resource to myself and whoever else cares to read for what did and didn’t work in my experiences. I have only tried routines for about a week now more testing what can be performed comfortably.

Stats:
BPEL: 6.375”
EG: 5.375”
FL:4.5”
FG:5”

Goals:
1 Year:
BPEL: 6.75”
EG:5.75”
FL:6”
FG:5.25”
Long term:
BPEL:8+”
EG:6”
FL:7.5”
FG:5.5”

Routine:
I realize I’m just starting out so I’m trying not to overdo anything
5+ minutes hot wrap
7 minutes manual stretch
10 minutes jelq
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels held for five seconds then five held as long as possible

I then do a second session of pumping
5+ minute hot wrap
10 minutes at 3hg with tube wrapped with electric heat pad
5 minute hot wrap

I plan on gradually increasing the time spent doing the above exercises but will probably wait at least 8 weeks before adding more exercises.

Supplement experiences thus far:
Dong Quai: Took recommended dose for two weeks then twice the recommended for an addition, no noticeable effects.
Maca: 2000mg taken for two weeks, no noticeable effects were had
Lecithin: 1200mg taken for three weeks, made semen extremely thick and even with drastically increased water intake was still overly thick.
Pygeum(Swanson brand): Taken at twice recommend dose for two weeks, no noticeable effects had
Pygeum,standardized(piping rock brand): Taken at recommend dose for one week, uncomfortable feeling felt following ejaculation and no noticeable increase in precum as reported by
Other users.
Damiana: Taken at highest recommend dosage for a while now, noticeable increase in horniness and precum. I quite like this supplement and haven’t experienced any negative side
Effects.
Horny goat weed complex(Havasu nutrition brand): Taken at max recommended dosage for one week so far, increased horniness and precum, very similar results to my damiana
Experiences. No negatives yet.
Ashwagandha : Taken at max recommend dosage for two weeks, no noticeable effects

Supplements to be test:
Avena Sativa, Catuaba Bark

I would appreciate any comments and or criticism on any current routines, also if anyone desires to use any of my experiences for any statistics feel free. I hope to document my progress here every one or two months.

I’m a newbie and that routine looks way too heavy to start with… I’ve injured myself or lost my erections from doing less!

Everyone’s different but I’d say it’d be better to cut those times (besides the heat) in half and add small increments of a minute or so each week.

That way you won’t lose 3 weeks of progress if you run into any issues…

My PE session the day before your post I did end feeling a bit sore. Ended up taking taking an extra day off. First day off EQ seemed a little lower but returned to normal the following day. Revised routine by reducing manual stretch time to 5 minutes as well as reducing pump time to 5 minutes. Likely to increase times slower than I was originally anticipating.

Update after a little more than a month, not a whole lot to report on.
Current stats:
BPEL: 6.375” -No Change
EG: 5.375” -No Change
FL:5” -Increase of .5”
FG:5” -No Change
BPFSL:7” -New measurement

As you can see above there has a huge increase in flaccid hang I’m thinking this may be due to the addition of piss pulls keeping it longer throughout the day.
Current routine:
2 days on 1 day off:
5+ minute hot wrap
8 minute manual stretch (40 second sets)
12 minute Jelq
5+ minute hot wrap
60 kegels held five sec then relaxed for two

1 day on 2 day off additional routine:
5+ minute hot wrap
10 minute pumping at 4-5hg
5+ minute hot wrap

Piss pulls:
1 Minute JAI Stretch

I’ve been very gradually increasing routine, would appreciate any suggestions on changes. I feel like my stretched length has increased but having no previous measurements it could just be psychological. Is it also normal to have a FSL much greater than EL and are there any particular exercises that would help my EL catch up?

Current stats:
BPEL: 6.5” -.125” total gain
EG: 5.5” -.125” total gain
FL:5” -No change since last month .5” total gain
FG:5” -No Change
BPFSL:7” -No change

Current routine:

12 minute manual stretch (30 second sets)
14 minute Jelq
5+ minute hot wrap
60 kegels held five sec then relaxed for two

Pumping session:
5+ minute hot wrap
10 minute pumping at 4-5hg
5+ minute hot wrap

Piss pulls:
1 Minute JAI Stretch

I feel despite having gains they seem much much slower than most on this forum. No “Newbie Gains” to speak of for sure. I have been very consistent with my schedule and feel like I’m doing a good job with intensity. I have only really had neutral PI to speak of, often slight contraction after workout and slight achyness that has always faded before a following PE session. Haven’t had any Negative PIs. I would say morning wood has definitely increased since starting PE as well as EQ but the primary goal was gains. I’ll still continue on my journey but feel like attempting to gain even a half inch in a year might be optimistic.

I started out using a hot wrap but when I got an infrared lamp for warmups and to keep hot during stretching and warmdowns, it changed everything. Stretching works so much better when you’re warm the whole time, and infrared heat is more effective than anything else. There are studies out and threads on it, do a search if you want.
