I will be using this thread to catalog my experiences good and bad on my journey. Up until recently I was just viewing the supplement forum and have now decided to give PE a go. I will keep track of my stats, routines and supplement experience to be a resource to myself and whoever else cares to read for what did and didn’t work in my experiences. I have only tried routines for about a week now more testing what can be performed comfortably.
I realize I’m just starting out so I’m trying not to overdo anything
5+ minutes hot wrap
7 minutes manual stretch
10 minutes jelq
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels held for five seconds then five held as long as possible
I then do a second session of pumping
5+ minute hot wrap
10 minutes at 3hg with tube wrapped with electric heat pad
5 minute hot wrap
I plan on gradually increasing the time spent doing the above exercises but will probably wait at least 8 weeks before adding more exercises.
Supplement experiences thus far:
Dong Quai: Took recommended dose for two weeks then twice the recommended for an addition, no noticeable effects.
Maca: 2000mg taken for two weeks, no noticeable effects were had
Lecithin: 1200mg taken for three weeks, made semen extremely thick and even with drastically increased water intake was still overly thick.
Pygeum(Swanson brand): Taken at twice recommend dose for two weeks, no noticeable effects had
Pygeum,standardized(piping rock brand): Taken at recommend dose for one week, uncomfortable feeling felt following ejaculation and no noticeable increase in precum as reported by
Damiana: Taken at highest recommend dosage for a while now, noticeable increase in horniness and precum. I quite like this supplement and haven’t experienced any negative side
Horny goat weed complex(Havasu nutrition brand): Taken at max recommended dosage for one week so far, increased horniness and precum, very similar results to my damiana
Experiences. No negatives yet.
Ashwagandha : Taken at max recommend dosage for two weeks, no noticeable effects
Supplements to be test:
Avena Sativa, Catuaba Bark
I would appreciate any comments and or criticism on any current routines, also if anyone desires to use any of my experiences for any statistics feel free. I hope to document my progress here every one or two months.
