Tuesday’s Routine:

30 minutes clamped edging with ulis (no cumming)

20 clamped rolling pin presses

30 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

Workout Summary:

Good workout again today. I did a shorter clamped edging session because I was pressed for time, but I also felt I was close to the edge for quite a while and didn’t want to push myself off! Did my rolling pin presses for the first time in a while, they felt okay. Not really sure how effective this exercise is, not sure if it is doing much. Decided to pump again today, I might give it another little go, after my clamping sessions just to see if I notice anything different this time around.

Thursday’s Routine:

25 minutes clamped edging with ulis (no cumming)

15 minutes of KITJ at high erection levels

Workout Summary:

Awesome workout. Haven’t done KITJ in ages, they felt so good. Kept having to get my erection level back up as it was taking it out of my unit. The clamped edging went cool, as usual. It really is the best feeling in PE, looking at your cock getting veinier and thicker. Great EQ again and no negative indicators at all. All in all, a good workout, although I could probably have done a bigger one.

But, what are KITJ ? :)

Anyway, here is a copy and paste effort from the Gym:

Okay, I decided to call this exercise “kick in the jelqs” or KITJ for short, after realising I should probably come up with a name for them. Anyway, this exercise should not really be done by anyone without at least 6 months conditioning.

Anyway, here are the differences from normal UJs - Unlike the normal UJs, you do not alter your jelqing hand on each jelq, you jelq with the same hand for a number of reps (between 5 – 10) before changing hands. The non-jelqing hand remains static throughout the set of jelqs. These are best performed with palm facing downwards (overhand grip). Also, I personally only use one finger to dig into the CS, but you can use both if you want, as described in the UJs.

1. Get a semi-erection to perform these. Somewhere between 50-70% erection level, I would not go above this level as these are damn intense!

2. To begin with, I always keep one hand clamped in place at the base of my penis (e.g. the left hand), while the other hand (e.g. right hand) performs a number of jelqs (5-10 strokes). One hand remains in place, not moving (the left hand), while the other hand does the jelqing.

3. I have one hand (e.g. my left hand) holding my base with my index finger and middle finger underneath and my thumb on top clamping down. This clamping hand works similar to a clamp, as it forces blood into the penis, allowing for the other hand to squeeze blood up the shaft.

4. Then with my other hand (e.g. my right hand) I perform the jelq, while keeping my clamped hand (still my left hand) in position. The jelqing hand should form an OK grip with the palm facing down (overhand grip), with the index finger squeezing into your CS. Your dick should be well lubed up. Squeeze tightly and then do a few quick kegels to push your jelqing hand down your shaft.

5. When your jelqing hand reaches just below your glans, hold it in place there, and do three quick kegels. Then release your hand from your glans and repeat the same jelqing process again. Throughout this process your clamping hand remains in place, you do not release it.

6. For the next jelq, I jelq again using the same hand (e.g. my left hand), with the same hand clamped at the base (e.g. my right hand). I do several jelqs with this same format, then I switch to the other side, exact same method but just the right hand is now the clamping hand and the left hand is the jelqing hand.

That is the way I find them really effective, for me anyway. You will see the colour of your cock changing with the blood being forced up. There will be a lot of expansion on your shaft and you will see veins spring up that you have never seen before. They are awesome that way. However, one of the reasons is that I do several jelqs with the same hand is because it is hard to keep your erection level high cos these are intense. So you will need to give your dick a few tugs after 10 reps or so, to wake him up again.

Over here we call that a HJ9 squeeze or Jelq squeeze. It’s a good technique and it’s stood the test of time.

My current girth is 5”, from 4.5”. All my gains are on the first post of this log, and they are dated too.
I have only really started working girth seriously in the past few months and I am a slow girth
gainer so bear with me :) Although I have been extremely lucky in gaining length (+1.625”) in less than two years.

Great. Pretty much, one hand clamped at the base the other hand jelqing, not so much digging into the CS. I think kegeling in extra blood is something that works well even with standard jelqing. HJ9 posted this on the ezboard forums way before Thunder’s Place existed. Check this out memento - My Uli.

Cool, thanks memento! I had never seen it on PE Gym, the closest thing to it was called a uli jelq, but again it was a little different. Great exercise and will try to fit it in when I can :)

Friday’s Routine:

Routine Summary:

Great workout today. I did my first clamped edging session with pumping followed directly after. Pumping is great if you want to multitask your PE, while doing other things. At the moment I am just pumping because I can do other things while doing it and it keeps me in that engorged state for longer after my clamped edging session. Do I rate pumping as an effective PE tool on its own? No. Definitely not for me anyway. But it is a lot of fun and requires no extra time or effort. Just do it while replying to people online or doing work.

Clamped edging on the other hand… Is awesome and am sure it will bring me more gains. Girth is a slow burner for me, so if I get 0.1” gain every 3 months, that will be a really positive outcome for me. Means it will be 0.4” bigger a year, and with girth that seems massive.

Sunday’s Routine:

20 minutes of clamped edging with ulis (came accidentally, )

5 minutes KITJ at high erection level

60 minutes of clamped edging with ulis (no cumming)

30 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

Routine Summary:

After having a day off I came back and hit it hard today. Did a great workout. My first clamping session earlier in the day didn’t go great as I kept getting to PONR way too quickly and hard. In fact, I had to loosen the clamp one clip from what I usually wear it at because of the expansion. Came, so I did 5 minutes of KITJ after it.

Later in the day I did a monstrous hour-long clamped edging session with lots of ulis throughout. It felt good! Got decent expansion, lots of PIs, and was able to “control” myself a lot better than the earlier session. My unit was really engorged after it so I decided to do a bit of pumping afterwards. Filling the bottom of the cylinder very easily and quickly, around 2.5 - 3 inches from the bottom. It will probably take some time before I can pack this 1.75” cylinder. I estimate I would need to be a solid 5.25” the whole shaft to pack it fully.

Monday’s Routine:

15 minutes of directional and bundled stretches

Tuesday’s Routine:

25 minutes clamped edging (came)

10 minutes KITJ

40 minutes clamped edging (no cum)

5 minutes KITJ

30 minutes pumping at 5 h.g.

Routine Summary:

Wow, I didn’t realise how much stuff I did until I put it down on my log! Fairly massive workout but considering it was spaced out over the guts of 18 hours, it isn’t too bad. I was really enjoying my clamped edging sessions and I really hope they procure me some more tasty girth gains down the road. I am not impatient though, so I am willing to wait a number of months before measuring.

However, at moments like this I wonder if it is better to measure a little sooner into a routine (say, two months) and then tweak it if not seeing gains, or to be patient and wait out the full length of the routine (say, 4 months) because girth gains come at such a slower pace - especially when you can’t even spell newbie gains any more!

I am digging doing the KITJ again, they feel good. Lots of veins after then, lovely darker colour from the movement of blood at the top of the shaft, heavier unit, and plump as hell. I was successful with girth gains a year ago by following the current structure of my routine (clamping with girth exercises, jelqing, and pumping), and it is the idea that I picked up from Namoskiek’s girth workout (thanks Namso!), so we will see!
