Routine NEW 2010! (Have been out for a while)

*local hot shower and my penis.
*5 min. warm up with shower and wrap.
*10-15 min stretch, all directions + 1x Rotation stretch
*2 min. warm up
*100/200 Jelqs at a low erection level 30/60%
*warm up/down 4-5 min.

*100x 5 second, dry jelq after the warm up or later on the day, high erection 80/100%
*50 O bends. good pump.
*warm down

*edging 2-3x a week
