Kane82's Routine

During morning shower, mild manual stretch, squeezes, jelq. After shower, I put on the ESL40 Leg Harness Stretcher and wear for an hour or two. The stretcher stays attached to my leg throughout the day, and I attach it 3-5 times per day for 30 minutes to two hours, generally for 1 hour.

I try to hang twice per week. I enjoy the stretch as I swing the weight back and forth and in circular patterns. I began with 2.5lbs, and have been trying to increase toward 5 as 2.5 feels much lighter than when first starting. If I plan to hang, I will ease up on the ESL40 in the time leading up to it.

The quality of my jelqing is not as good as it should be. I have a hard time finding the time with the family duties. I typically wet jelq, use both an “ok” pattern, or “v” jelq. Usually a combination. During I try to do squeezes. Usually about a 10 min session.
