This is what I followed: Linear Newbie Routine
I heated up a sock with rice (whole grain :P) heated it for about a minute in the microwave and wrapped it around my penis, a bit of the tip was popping out, I’ll try to cover 100% next time.
Did no stretching as said in the routine.
Used oil as lube, will try to get a water based one though for the future as it should be more easy to clean up afterwards.
Did about 20 jelqs (will count better next time) sitting down with both normal and over hand grip. Next time I will try either standing up or with my legs above penis level with only over hand grip (seemed more efficient) and focus on jelqing in a downward direction as I read it promotes more length gain.
Cleaned my penis in the sink and then wrapped up it with the sock again (didn’t re-heat it though as it still seemed warm).
Finally did 50 Kegels of 5 second holds/intervals.
