DAY 1

Initial measurements:

BPEL: 5.9’
EG: 5.5’

This is what I followed: Linear Newbie Routine

I heated up a sock with rice (whole grain :P) heated it for about a minute in the microwave and wrapped it around my penis, a bit of the tip was popping out, I’ll try to cover 100% next time.

Did no stretching as said in the routine.

Used oil as lube, will try to get a water based one though for the future as it should be more easy to clean up afterwards.

Did about 20 jelqs (will count better next time) sitting down with both normal and over hand grip. Next time I will try either standing up or with my legs above penis level with only over hand grip (seemed more efficient) and focus on jelqing in a downward direction as I read it promotes more length gain.

Cleaned my penis in the sink and then wrapped up it with the sock again (didn’t re-heat it though as it still seemed warm).

Finally did 50 Kegels of 5 second holds/intervals.

DAY 2

Tried to cover 100% this time during warm up, have to mush up my penis into the sock a little bit. Will try wrapping it over next time instead of around.

20 jelqs with my legs over penis level (sitting down with legs resting on table). Will try standing up next time.

Did overhand grip though not sure if the hand grabbing the base should be overhand too, seemed better with that one being standard grip.

Reheated rice sock afterwards and warmed up again for 5 minutes.

50 kegels of 5 second holds/intervals though I got a bit distracted and think I did more.

Will take a day off tomorrow as said in the routine, I’ll be back in two days, have a good one!

DAY 3

(1 rest day)

Covered with rice sock vertically over my penis this time while closing the sides together with my both hands, seems more effective.

5 min warm up
25 jelqs standing up (I think I like legs above penis level better for jelqing downwards).
5 min warm up
50 kegels 5 second holds/intervals

I know my jelqing technique isn’t optimal yet, I’ve found it hard to consider even pressure, timing, direction and amount of jelqs all at the same time. I’ll try using an online metronome next time, I’ve read a jelq shouldn’t be less than 3 seconds but at what intervals should I put it then 3 or 4 seconds?

Anyway I’ll keep trying my best to get the best technique possible!

Same warm up as day 3.

Alright so I was jelqing passed the glans up to now, I realized It didn’t feel that right so I re-read the guide on jelqing and found out I was doing it wrong. Only towards the beginning of the gland from now on.

Started using coconut oil as lube, it feels and smells great :)

5 min warm up
25 jelqs standing up
5 min warm up
50 kegels 5 second holds/intervals

DAY 7

(3 rest days)

5 min warm up
25 jelqs sitting down with legs above penis level
5 min warm up
50 kegels 5 second holds/intervals

DAY 8

(3 rest days)

5 min warm up
30 jelqs sitting down with legs above penis level
5 min warm up
50 kegels 5 second holds/intervals

Will add stretching after the next rest day, don’t know much about it, I’ll see what I can find on the forum :)

Thanks for the welcome! I haven’t really considered focusing my routine on one or the other, I understood that both could be done at the same time. I’ll look more into that in the future, length would be my focus as well.

DAY 9

(4 rest days)

So I learned about stretching in this thread Jelqing & Stretching 101
Going to look more into LOT here Bib’s LOT Theory to really optimize my stretching.

Also, I am doing half of my kegels during first warm up and the other half during the second warm up. So instead of counting I am doing to sets of 5 minute kegeling, which would be something like 60-70 kegels. I’m not sure if splitting the set in two is optimal, I’ll look more into it, if anyone knows anything let me know!

5 min warm up while kegeling
5 30 second stretches (forward, up, left, right, down)
30 Jelqs
5 min warm up while kegeling

DAY 10

(4 rest days)

I realized how easy it has gotten for me to hold 5 seconds when kegeling, so I’m doing anything between 5-10 second holds now with 5 second intervals still.

5 min warm up while kegeling
5 30 second stretches (forward, left, right, up, down)
30 Jelqs
5 min warm up while kegeling

Consistency is key!
