I actually applied my lube to start kegeling and forgot about stretching today, so I tried stretching anyway and to my surprise it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be (since it’s more slippery) and it felt much more pleasant than when stretching dry, will experiment more with this in the future.
Also, I think I’ve discovered what some people reverse kegels, I don’t really know which is which, all I know is that one type makes me squeeze my butt more than the other, so now I focus on one type during warm up and on the other during warm down. Further, I can hold the kegels for way longer now, during the time I’m kegeling I think I’m doing something around 80% holds and 20% rest.
Once I hit day 30 I’m going to re measure and see if I’ve done any progress, it would also be like a restart since I don’t think my measurements were that accurate, so I’m also thinking about making a new thread with pictures to leverage myself into keeping it as real as possible. Hopefully to also inspire others if I do happen to make some gains, since I know how inspiring it was to me to see others well tracked progress, but yeah won’t get to ahead of myself here, we’ll see :)
