Today marks day 1 of my long, long journey. I’ve known about PE for some time now, maybe about 6 or so months and ever since the beginning I’ve been telling myself that when I turn 18, I’m going to change my life for good. I recently purchased a gym membership, started planning my meals, focusing more at school and just overall paying attention to the image that I project onto those around me. I did loads of research on PE and overall personal growth and the most recommended way to stay on top of things is to chart your progress and your routine every single day. I am now on a strict wake, eat, sleep schedule that I hope will change my life forever.

Enough of the background, here’s the good stuff..

I have never done PE exercises in my life, not even one Jelq routine so this will be quite the experience. I will post starting pictures tomorrow afternoon when I return from class. I am sitting right around 7” in length and 4.5” in girth. Or so I believe, it has been ages since I measured. On top of that, I have always, always been self-conscious about my dick, probably because I just recently got over a porn addiction and in those videos all they do is use great camera angles and monster dicks to make me feel like less of a man.

My goal is to make 9”x6”. I know that’s a stretch (Pun Intended) but I think I can make it happen with dedication and charting. My girlfriend is incredibly petite and her lady parts struggle encompassing even the smallest of units but I want to marry this woman and make sure that I will forever be the biggest guy she’s been with.

What originally sparked my interest in PE was when I was told by an ex that I was only second biggest on her list, and me being the competitive spirit that I am, took that entirely to heart. The internet, thankfully lead me to great forums like this one that offer a place to share experience and tips.

So its official, today, December 11th, 2015, is the first day on my Journey for a larger, more massive and appealing unit. Wish me luck!

First Update!
So I just hopped out the shower not to long ago and got to my first ever routine, felt amazing!

Here’s what I did:
5 - 8 Minute Warm Towel Wrap in Shower
3 x 30 Second Twirls to get the blood flowing and some nutrients in my unit
5 Minute Slow Jelq ( Wet )
30 Second Twirl to Recoup and let unit rest
5 Minute Slow Jelq ( Wet )
30 Second Twirl to Recoup and let unit rest
5 Minute Slow Jelq ( Wet )
30 Second Twirl to Recoup and let unit rest
3 Minute Warm Towel Wrap + Pressure Massage on Unit to Re Loosen Tissues

3 x 1 Minute Seconds in each direction manual stretching ( Up, Down, Left, Right, Out = 5 Minutes Total x 3 = 15 Minutes Stretch )
3 x 30 Seconds V-Stretch
3 x 30 Seconds A-Stretch

Pressure Massage to Work Tissues and Relax Unit.

Total Time = About 50 Minutes

Welcome to the forum, jdecelis.

If you are starting out, you are probably starting too hard. Try the Newbie Routine. This is a long term race, not a sprint, and going in too hard at the start can fuck you before you get going.

Thanks for the welcome, appreciate the sense of community here. Thanks for the advice. Ill take that into the consideration from here on out. Gonna look into the newbie routine. How long should I do that for and then following that what kinda routines would you recommend?

P.S. I see a lot of people are saying that so it must be true. I guess I’m just eager to see results. Gotta get the right mindset.

Good plan :) PE is strangely hard to describe when it comes to what is effective, gains occur in the gap between not enough work to be effective and so much work it causes injury and when you are new it’s super easy to stray into the the injury side of things. Hopefully with a month of the Newbie Routine under your belt you’ll start to appreciate where that is. Your penis should feel like it’s been worked after a routine but just be careful ramping up to that point.

Good luck and keep good measurement records, so you know whether you are actually being effective.

I was planning on keeping a chart using the website tracker but I feel like keeping a more personal log entry book will keep me on top of things. And if anyone ever requests my progress I can just post a quick pic of my book. I’m super excited to get hung.

Google the Seinfeld method, and if you like the idea, print out a year calender and buy a large red marker (it will make sense).

I’ve been doing the “Newbie Routine” now thanks to everyone’s advice and I plan on working up to the more intense routines later on.

My girl does know that I’ve started PE and it really does make life a whole lot easier. Shes a little worried considering her small frame but I told her she’ll thank me in the years to come. I am dedicated to this more than ever now and I cannot wait to be Biggus Dickus! :D

So far, so damn good.

My EQ is through the roof and my unit just feels heavy. Keeping consistent with the Newbie Routine and loving the feel.

Had sex right after a jelq session just last night and man was it incredible. I felt like I lasted longer and made my girl orgasm two times rather than the usual one or none.

PE is changing my life one stroke at a time.

It has been one and a half years since my original post. I am now 19 years old going on 20 and I have not been consistent with PE by any means. I have been too focused with work and shit like that. However now that I have earned some free time daily, I am going to go back to PE.

I can only imagine where I would be now but you cannot change the past, you can only change the future.

My Routine to get warmed back up will be as follows.
5 Min Warmup with Hot Shower and Deep tissue massage
60 wet jelqs (2 Seconds Each)
15 Second Twirl Each Direction
60 wet jelqs (3 seconds each)
15 Second Twirl Each Direction
10 Second Stretch in Each Direction
15 Second Twirl Each Direction
15 Second Stretch in Each Direction
5 Minute Cooldown with hot shower and deep tissue massage

I will also be pumping periodically to increase blood flow and doing kegels throughout the day. On top of all that, I will be keeping a weekly log of my activity on here so if you really want to follow along you can!
