Just Starting My Pe Career Take 2

I agree with Bill10, it’s different for everybody. But as a general rule, gains come slower to those with large girth. That’s logical because with a larger girth you need to “create” more tissue than you would have to with small girth. For every inch in length you gain, you gain X cubic inches. For someone with half your girth, that same X cubic inches would lead to more length.

And since you have at least 6” of girth, I’d say you are a slow gainer. But who knows? EQ is important too, and that seems to have improved drastically.

Cool I understand that the more tissue you have to stretch the less growth you get or it takes longer to see because someone with smaller girth has less cells to build or split ect. I will be measuring tonight.

Last night I had got a break through. My stretched flaccid length was crazy. Took a long hot hot shower and spent the majority of the time warming my penis. Now I can’t believe how well it stretched. My previous bpfsl is 8.5 this one was way more than that. Idk how this is possible. I use a rice sock and a space heater. But the water for me is on another level. Makes me wanna convert my pump to a water pump.

So pe works for me although in the last month it seems I have spent an eternity stretching and pumping. I have put in right at 28 hours of manual stretching. Slight jelqing and edging. And probable 40 hours of pumping in the first month. Using a 2” cylinder. Which I pack out in very little time and use it for length.

So here are my officail new measurements.
Bpfsl-8.5”. Which is my goal length.
Bpel-7.5”. Which is .5” bigger than 1 month ago.
Mseg- 6” still happy with this.

Over all a very productive first month

In the last week I have been flirting with a fine line. Fatigue is that fine line. I know that if you cross into that realm it can be bad for pl’s. But I have read several of bibs write ups on hanging and how to ride that line for the most growth, does anyone have any experience with this? And is there any negative drawbacks from approaching penis enlargement this way.

The drawbacks at a minimum can be inability to get an erection. Crossing that line or riding it for too long can sideline you with an injury. I’ve experienced both. Stay safe, while being consistent.

I took yesterday off the tissue itself was sore. It seems to be a very fine line. That’s what I am having to learn. But my flirting with that line has gained me .5” in length in 1 month. Can’t complain with the progress. Took the night off like I said and had great morning wood with no pain.

Had a great pe session last night me alone in the living room. My wife is usually there but sometimes it’s nice to be alone.

Did 15 min of warming up with space heater. Thinking about trying a infered heater. Just to experiment with the differences. I measured the out side temp at 110°F.

Then I did some manual stretching and for 10-15 minutes a few sets straight down and a few sets straight out.

Then I used my 2.25” cylinder pumped for quite a few sets I think 3 sets of 15 edged and jelqed in between. Had great expansion. It felt like I could feel the pressure inside at 5Hg. At the end of the session I was 6.5” mseg. Constant heat is the key to helping me not put on alot of lymph fluid.

Then after the session I went and took my vitamin c and then took a long hot shower to do my warm down.

Over all it was a great day of pe. Hope everyone is gaining and making their penis bigger and stronger.

I have had some tissue soreness that occurs sometimes post pe session but I am still able to achieve a good erection. I also make sure I am using heat. And lots of it. I usually warm up with a rice sock or a hot shower. And usually a very hot shower. Post pe I usually get a great erection when i ever I need to.

Consider losing taurine and lecithin.Replace with l arginine and vitamin c.

Lecithin is great for the choline content and positive effect on semen volume.

I’d leave out Taurine and Arginine but would add in Citrulline Malate in their stead. Doing your own research for effect and dosage is recommended.
