Just Starting My Pe Career Take 2

I know shit about pumping, I would listen to Titleist.

If you are recovering from pretty much anything you desperately need to add vitamin c, trust me. Green tea will help also, lowers cholesterol too. Garlic also lowers cholesterol, heartbeat rate and blood pressure.

Omega 3 fish oils, will do the job. Fuck lecithin.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Ok sounds good to me. Garlic, vit-c, and fishoil will get garlic and vit c this weekend. What about skin irritation is there anything for that. I have been using bio oil. Seems to help is there anything better.

I have serious doubts that lecithine would lower cholesterol, since it contributes to estrogen production. What’s wrong with letting the body make its own vitamins and hormones? The more you use, the more imbalance you potentially create.

I went years without trying to help with cholesterol and it was extremely high. I have stopped the lecithin and will be switching to garlic. It’s way better than the 20 mg creator the doctor had me on.

Slowex98, I’ve only been here a couple months. What I’ve discovered in that short time span is that most people on here are extremely positive and helpful. Also, when the veterans tell you something….LISTEN. (i.e. Titleist).

Yeah I am listening to everyone and taking my own journey along the way. I may hit a couple dead ends but pe will land me in a better place health wise than anything. I stopped powerlifting still train with weights everyday and still do cardio and eat supper clean. Just think the new initiative with pe is helping my health goals. And any help from the vets and support from anyone only motivates me to achieve greatness. I have found a good place with some good people. It’s not just about pe here is about men’s health wellness and size. So its the best of all worlds. And I am dropping pumping down to 3 times a week. Still gonna push my manual stuff. It’s a stress reliever for me when I get home from a long day at work and the gym where I train people to be the best they can be.

You mean crestor? It’s a statin, and its still very doubtful if it has any effect on cholesterol in active people, like you. It’s one of those drugs designed for the couch potatoes. I agree with you that when you are a powerlifter, you really don’t need it.

Yeah it made me feel like death. It is a horrible drug and can cause kindey failure at some doses. I am just trying to keep everything in check till I can get to a healthy weight. Hence the natural route. My cholesterol has been in the 500-600 range and tryglicerides have been unmeasurable for some time. To be honest just don’t want to die. That’s why the natural supps are needed even if they help a little. The crestor was killing me. I hurt all over and did not even want to do anything.

Pe update. Have had 3 great days of stretching and no pumping last night. I am having a problem since I have sometimes bad ed I can’t seem to get even partially erect50-60 % for jelqing. Gonna see what the doctor says come about two weeks. I take l-arginine in large dose. Also took a little niacin with it kinda helped. Have been able to jelq one time this week. It seemed to feel extreme like better expansion that a pump. So I know it will work when I am able to do that regularly. But feeling larger post pe. And my wife swears she can see a difference in length. Not gonna measure for the first month. That way I can developed a habit of staying with a routine and to give the consistency time to work.

If your erections suffer then you are doing too much. Go easy. Don’t rush it. You are a powerlifter. You know the meaning of not rushing training.

Your cholesterol is very high, but, there is always a but, triglicerides are far more dangerous. So, I have read.

Also you can check your hcy. If the levels are good then you have less danger for cardiovascular diseases, even with cholesterol levels that high.

If you like to hack cholesterol, I will tell you that the best way to cripple it is fast walking 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. Go for a walk daily. No running. Running does other things. You know that.

I walk and do cardio 5-6 days a week hour a day. And I was having erection problems long before I started pe. They have actually gotten a small bit better doing them. I think I am on the right track to be healthy and have a large member. My wife did not feel comfortable with me posting pics so she bought me a molding kit. So in the next week I will post pictures as soon as the kit comes in with it measured.

Thanks I have been training hard for some years and it’s been a long process. It’s has prepared me for pe.

Thanks sir. It’s great to have the wife on your side. And good luck on your journey.

So you clearly have a lot of experience and success with lifting heavy stuff. I’ve recently upped my level of commitment and workout goals - I was maintaining a reasonable level of fitness and I want more, specifically more power, speed and lean body mass while shaving off the last bits of fat remnants on my stomach. Currently I am working out almost everyday, pretty hard, with a rest day or even 2 sometimes every 3 days or so. I am eating ~200 g protein everyday (I weigh 190 currently) of which a little under half comes from protein shakes/powder. I try to limit sugars while getting sufficient carbs, I may limit a little too much to get the absolute maximal gains but I’m ok with that as long as I’m making gains. I am taking multi vitamin, Vit D, Saw Palmetto, l-dopa for supplements.

I have been making good gains, but is there anything I am missing here that you would recommend? Creatine and any stuff like that, I don’t know, is it worth it? Greatly appreciate your advice.

What’s your workout like. Days and splits. Do you deadlift and squat. Have you implemented super sats with around 20 to 30 sec rest in between sets. Up your intensity and start doing high intensity cardio. Sprinting, sled pulling/pushing, tire flips and farmers walks. Also its hard to gain and lean out unless diet is on point. Try John Kiefer carb back loading to get some good results.
