Today is day 1 on my journey for a better sex life. My main goal is better EQ but I would also like to increase size as well.
I plan on starting with stretches and jelqing for the first 2 weeks then check the progress. I don’t have a lot of free time being married with 3 kids so I was planning on a short PE session in the morning and another in the evening of it presents itself.
I also want to cut out porn and introduce edging. It takes me a long time, if ever, right now to get to the PONR without porn.

A couple quick questions:
1. Is stretching and Jelqing in the shower ok? Figured it was a good spot as the water is hot and that will take care of the warm up and down.
2. Working it twice a day ok?
I also started taking Extenze on a recommendation from a friend. It has worked with the erections but I don’t want to get dependent on it. Any experience with it?
