Just Beginning

Today is day 1 on my journey for a better sex life. My main goal is better EQ but I would also like to increase size as well.

I plan on starting with stretches and jelqing for the first 2 weeks then check the progress. I don’t have a lot of free time being married with 3 kids so I was planning on a short PE session in the morning and another in the evening of it presents itself.

I also want to cut out porn and introduce edging. It takes me a long time, if ever, right now to get to the PONR without porn.

Starting stats

BPEL - 5.75
EG - 5

First goal
BPEL - 6.5
EG - 5.25

A couple quick questions:
1. Is stretching and Jelqing in the shower ok? Figured it was a good spot as the water is hot and that will take care of the warm up and down.

2. Working it twice a day ok?

I also started taking Extenze on a recommendation from a friend. It has worked with the erections but I don’t want to get dependent on it. Any experience with it?

1. For heat to penetrate the tissues well takes a good 5 minutes, so you will use an awful lot of water in the shower. If you can’t use a microwaveable gel pack, or a hot wash cloth around your penis, I’d suggest getting a cheap rubber hot-water bottle (preferably with a cover to avoid burns, or use it over a thin cloth) from Amazon and filling it with hot enough water that it heats your penis through in around 5 minutes..

2. Twice a day is too much work and not enough recovery, especially in the early stages of PE.

I have no knowledge of Extenze.

Sure, heat is important to make the connective tissue more ” pliable “, and it needs a little bit of time. So the heat has to get deep to be effective. Wash yourself fast and spend your time in the shower to heat, stretch and jelq; and then you have your time to play or talk with your lovely kids.:)

I did that this afternoon when I got some free time. Tonight I feel like I had sex like 4 times. Doesn’t really hurt my penis just seems tired. Is that normal?

Will do, I’ll cut 5 min off the stretching and save the v stretches for next week. I think I’m going to take today off and let it rest. I did have some nice morning wood this morning so I didn’t break anything haha.

Couldn’t resist measuring tonight as I felt bigger already and been having some good EQ lately.

Grew a 1/4” for BPEL of 6”
EG was down to 4 3/4” though. Down 1/4”

Is that common?

Hey Rock,

I signed up here yesterday and am in a similar position to you with the kids. I’ll be keeping an eye on your progress. I did some. Simple stretching in the shower like in your train of thought, but I hurt myself a little thinking I could jelq. Not planning on taking over your post here, so just keeping an eye on how it goes and will read the newbie techniques as posted above before intro again.

It’s not uncommon to get a slight drop in girth initially when length increases, or a slight drop in length when girth increases. They usually catch back up quickly though.

Can’t resist the temptation to measure. I measures 6.5 BPEL yesterday with EG of 5.

Seems unbelievable that I could grow so quick but I guess since I was there before the changes happen faster. Definitely has me believing and I will continue the newbie routine until I see a stall in the growth. I do do a couple of v stretches as they just feel good and haven’t had any discomfort yet

Measures today and yesterday for 6.75 BPEL and 4 7/8 EG

Dude it’s impossible to grow so much in less than a month. Stop lying or post pictures. Nobody in his right mind would beleive this.

Sorry for repost, but please someone remove this post .1 inch growth in 3 weeks is just impossible and I don’t wanna see any liars on this forum.

rockpe, dude, you have to learn some civilty. You can’t go around calling a lyar people whose claims you don’t believe. You can express skepticism, but with the debt manners.

And just so you know, we don’t delete posts here, if not when there is concrete danger to somebody’ privacy. Everything is under the sun light.

Rock28, if you improved EQ, had beginners gains AND maybe measured in a better way, those gains are possible. The 5.75” to 6.5” part in the beginning might be due to what I said. The actual gain might be a lot less then that, maybe 0.25”, and the rest is purely a better erection at the time of measurement. The part where you went from 6.5” to 6.75” in less then two weeks after that is a bit odd. Gains don’t come that fast when EQ is optimal. Are you sure you are measuring correctly?
