Hello all, I’m Raul and I’m writing here because I want to create a place where I will be able to put my progress.

I do not have a tape measure yet, but:

07-01-2019: 14.8cm/5.8” BPEL

Now I am using the newbie schedule, with 2 on - 1 off - 3 on - 1 off. Is it ok like that, or should I do 5 on 2 off?

I will write the new measurements monthly, I guess

Welcome! I’d go with 2 on 1 off if you’re completely new, but most importantly check out this thread: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth! . Essentially it says: listen to your body! Indicators will tell you when to slow down and when to perhaps increase intensity.

I will change to 2 on 1 off then, at least for the first month. The main problem is that I am on NoFap as well, so now I am not getting as many erections as I usually had (Now I am not thinking in porn all the times). I need to discover any method to be sure if I am having erections at nights..

Today I get a tape measure, so my measure in erection is around 11cm/4.3”

I will update at the end of the month, and we will see if I am getting any changes.

Well, I keep going and everything is going well, I think. Just a doubt: Is it normal to obtain bigger veins? I feel them more in my penis (as if them are bigger, I do not know how to describe it).

Ok, it’s been a month now, this is my new measurements (I have measured them after 2 off days)

BPEL: 16cm/6.3” (+1.2cm)
EG: 11.2cm/4.409” (+0.2cm)

I will be out of this for the next two weeks (I will be traveling around), but I will start going with 5days on 2 off.

Until now, my routine was:

5 minutes warn up in the shower
- (down, down-right, down-left, center, up, around the world clockwise direction)
- (down, down-right, down-left, center, up, around the world counter-clockwise direction)
- (down, down-right, down-left, center, up, around the world clockwise direction)
- (down, down-right, down-left, center, up, around the world counter-clockwise direction)
5 minutes warn up in the shower
8-10 minutes of wet jelq, with coconut oil as lubricant.
(The time depends of the session, and the time available).
-Last warm up having a normal shower with hot water

I was just so lazy to do the kegels, but I will include them in the next month, for sure.

EG: 11.5cm/4.527” (+0.3cm)

Rather than the gains that I’ve obtained, the EQ has increased a lot, so I’m happy with that.
Having that I only had time during the last two weeks in this month, It’s a good process. I will keep the same routine for the next month
