manual stretches in all directions for 90 seconds.

sock stretches in all directions for 60 seconds.

10-15 minutes of 3-5 seconds Jelqs. Ulis mixed in every few minutes. A few light head squeezes.

edging for 20 minutes.

hot shower or 5 minutes of hot water cloth wrap.
