Hello All! So I am fairly new here at Thunder’s Place, I have known about PE for about a year and a half and lurked on a few other forums and communities that involve PE. I was never too sceptical about the topic except maybe in the very beginning when I first found out about it. I tried it a few times very inconsistently on and off doing only the beginner stretches and of course, never saw any gains. I forgot about PE for a while but ended up stumbling across the topic again. I now have a new found motivation to achieve the penis of my dreams. I decided to create a thread here to track my progress so that in the future I can look back and remember my journey as well as provide inspiration to those looking to get into PE as well. I’m hoping this thread will help me to stay consistent with PE as well, as that is something that I struggle with since I have a lack of privacy and a fairly busy schedule sometimes.

The Routine:

Very light stretches up, down, and to either side for about 10 mins to warm up.
Inverted-V A stretch with a moderate pull for sets of 5 sets of 3 mins.
Moderate SD for 5 sets of 2 mins each.
Kegels throughout the day.

I plan to stick with this routine until I hit a plateau, at which point I will increase the time for the sets of each exercise. My Current BPEL hovers around 5.7-5.9in and my NBPEL hovers around 5.2-5.4in. I have not had a chance to properly measure my MS EG due to not having a tape measure handy but based on pictures I have seen and other guys measurements I would guess I’m somewhere around 4.2in-4.8in as my penis is rather thin. My goal is to get to 8.5in BPEL and a 5.75-6in MS EG. I realize this is quite a lot of size to gain and I’m prepared for the long journey. I estimate that it will take around 5 years to achieve this but I am prepared to PE for as long as it takes. I am fairly young so I have time. The biggest challenge will be staying consistent despite my other responsibilities. Anyway, this marks the first step on my journey. Well, I guess I would say to get a solid grasp on the stretches as right now I think my technique could use some work. I currently struggle with keeping a solid grip on my penis as I constantly slip off the glans. I think this issue is partly due to being uncircumcised. I will continue to refine my gripping technique and stretching technique over the next 12 months. I also hope to gain at least 0.5in in the next 12 months, although 0.75in would be optimal growth in my opinion.

You definitely have the right attitude. I don’t see any jelqing in your routine though. You probably want to add that, especially if you hope to gain girth. Good luck!

Hey there Glamis! As a fellow uncircumcised dude, here’s what I found to help with (manual) stretching.
Pull back the foreskin completely and find there is a little ridge of skin just under the corona which attaches directly to the ‘inside’ of your penis. That’s where your thump/index finger grip goes. Then also close your fist and use the surface area of your glans. It’s not ideal, but you cannot use any shaft surface AT ALL. It would just be counterproductive. Also use a piece of toilet paper as a gripping aid, since us uncircumcised guys have much more moisture there on and around the glans. When all else fails just order a vacuum stretching thing from aliexpress or something, that’ll give you everything you need for an insanely good grip for as long as you need it for… I think I paid 9 bucks?

Thanks for the advice! I will definitely try this when I do my next session. Previously I had been pulling back the foreskin to do my workouts and using baby powder to help with grip. This was somewhat effective in preventing slippage, but after a few minutes the baby powder becomes less effective and the slippage occurs again.

Thanks. I think my attitude comes from the fact I’m not too insecure about my penis despite it being slightly smaller than average. As long as I can still use it to have sex I’m good to be honest. I just want to enhance it through PE. I will consider adding jelqs. I’ve been very hesitant too because I have heard that it is a bit easier to injure yourself with jelqs and that they only really help to improve EQ.

jelqs are definitely not just for EQ, they’re essential for girth gains if you’re only doing manual work.


Start (9/27/18): 5 12/16" x 4 5/16" (BPEL x MSEG)

Now (10/25/18): 6 3/16" x 4 9/16"

Goal: 9" x 6"

Jelqs are the cornerstone of manual work, and key to conditioning your penis.

Newbies have a tendency to jump in without doing any reading and go at things way too hard. The same type of person has a tendency to post hysterical threads after they start to get some negative results.

Once you’ve tried jelqing, you’ll see how unlikely it is that you could seriously injure yourself that way. Occasionally, someone posts that a few days of jelqing ruined their penis forever. The general consensus is that these guys had a weak blood vessel and were pretty much fated to get veinous leakage sooner or later. Even a very firm jelq isn’t much harder on the tissue then vigorous masturbation. Just don’t do it fully erect, and you’ll be fine.

Just use thread around your penis and then use ruler to check size.

Week one complete. Unfortunately I haven’t been as consistent as I’d hoped with life kinda getting in the way this past week. I missed about 2 days. However on the more positive side my stretching technique has gotten better and I really do feel like I’m getting the proper stretch. I have been trying to do two days on one day off however its been more like two days on 3 days off this past week.
