Hi there,
I’ve been reading about pegym, jelqing etc for a while but never got to really try until recently.
I’ve tried for a month and I can see my EQ is getting better.
I’m abut 7” in length and 4.5 (glans) to 5 at the mid and base of my shaft.
My goal is to get a 8x6 tool so I guess I will mainly focus on girth and length should come by itself.

Anyone knows if those kind of gains are possible in a year?
I guess I’ll bet on consistency for real gains.

Ok so I thought I would post my routine so I can have a good track of it in the next few months and you guys can eventually comment and suggest if it goes along with my goals (gaining girth mainly, length as second priority).

I do my sessions during the shower, usually I stretch for about 3 minutes, helicopter, down, up etc, holding from 30sec to 1min with hot water.
I see it more as a warmup than a real length exercise (but wouldn’t mind if it could give me some gains).

Then, I start with:
~80 slow jelqs (3-5sec per jelq)
3 horse 440 (hold for about 45sec to 1min)
1 Uli (hold about 1min)
3 horse 440 (hold for about 45sec to 1min)
1 Uli (hold about 1min)

And that’s about it, it takes me ~15 to 20min max per session and I have up to 4/5 sessions a week

What do you guys think? And how long would you recommend me to keep this routine?

Extra question:
I notice red/purple dots on my shaft/skin after a session and it lasts for a day until it disappear. Am I applying too much pressure? I want to be extra careful, but I also want to stress my tissues so they grow.

Check next day how is your flaccid state, also check EQ it should be great. Read about psychological indicators. Your routine looks heavy.

Yes, it probably means that you’re overdoing it, especially when you say that you want to be extra careful. I eventually dropped the “extra” and now I’m just “careful,” meaning that I’ve accepted a certain amount of discoloration. But that doesn’t make it right; that’s just me. Follow your body’s own rhythm.

Ok so I have seen no gains at all for a month and decided to try something else.
I’ll be doing the modified jelqs (from M9 on a different website) and also thinking of adding bundle stretches but it’s probably too early.
My routine looks like that:
- 5 min warming up with hot water + stretching (pull in every direction)
- 5 min modified jelq (looks like Uli and change hand) + 2 min rest (and massages), repeat 3 times
- 3 min warming down, massages

How does it look for a girth oriented routine?

Your original routine looked intense but since you’ve already been at it a month I would suggest giving it two more months. This period is not necessarily for gains but provides an opportunity to learn about your dick and what exercises work for you.

Don’t give up. Try working it out every other day. Start with 50 jelqs, go up 10 every other time you work out. Don’t go past 250. Warm up first. Shit worked great for me. Should c something in a couple weeks to a month
