Current stats:

Age: 25
Weight: 205
Body fat: 29%

Height: 5’ 10”
BPEL: 6.5
MSEG: 5

FL: 4.5-5+
FG: 4-4.5

Major issue is with aesthetics. Glans barely enlarges during an erection, it is 1.5 x 1.5 which I don’t find acceptable. I also have a bad curve and I can feel the plaque on the shorter side.

So my major goals are as follows:
1) Improve EQ, especially glans EQ and to move HEG to a minimum of 5 (currently 4.5)
2) Hit 7 BPEL and drop body fat to under 15% so that I gain in the other direction as well
3) Short term goal of 5.5 MSEG, but eventually I need to hit 6 - maybe in 2 years or so
4) When I hit 7 x 5.5, a simple easy maintenance routine like pumping twice a week. I can’t maintain pulling on my dick for hours over a long period of time.

Now I am going to start with a newbie routine, but I’m thinking about an extender since there is documented scientific evidence that they increase HEG and that it should correct the curve to some degree.

Which newbie routine do you recommend?
Which extender do you recommend? I’m thinking about a vacuum extender like Size Doctor or Phallosan since they have a built in head pump. Hours of using that over a year and you are bound to get a mushroom head. Any recommendations and anyone have any experience with it?

I have realistic goals. I have weak erections now anyways. So I’m looking to improve overall health but I think I need to gain 1” in length and 0.5” in girth throughout the whole unit. I also want to keep it simple and I want those gains to be permanent.

I think, from a newbies perspective, that the linear Routine is more than enough, and where every newbie should begin. The first day when I started the linear, I did my first 20 jelqs and thought my dick was going to fall off. The Newbie Routine is just too much I feel for a real newbie.

I think you’ll find the Veterans will tell you to stay away from buying any gear to start with..

The fact you’re 29% BF should be your primary issue. Not just for dick size but for everything.

You’re compromising your health by being obese dude. Its good you wanna drop BF% but definitely focus on that mainly. Being 5’10” and 205lbs without any weightlifting experience (muscle growth) is completely unacceptable.

When you get leaner, you will have more women interested in you by default and you dick will LOOK bigger.

I havent done jelqing or anything yet but I plan to just do a basic jelq program. Not difficult.

Its probably sticky somewhere on the forums.

As the last user said, getting leaner will help. My fat pad is huge at a bit over an inch. I’ve seen my npl fluctuate by almost an inch due to weight changes.

Just stay diligent and ensure you always properly warm up

This is the first I’m hearing though of extending being known to increase head size / girth. Maybe I’m in the dark on that, I haven’t tried extending much. I recommend doing Uli’s on the upper shaft for glans targeted gains. Since your size goals are very attainable at about 0.5” x 0.5” I think you should design your routine to address your aesthetic goals from the very beginning. IOW, it’s very possible that you could reach your size goals after some months of the newbie routine without getting any curve correction or relative glans enlargement. If you don’t care about going past your goals that’s fine, but if you do then you should incorporate some glans Uli’s early on.

Wish I knew more about curve correction to give accurate advice there. I’d imagine it would involve modifying the newbie routine to be jelqing and stretching “against the curve” maybe somebody who has direct experience will know some good ideas.

I have gained weight in thus last year and a half since a heart attack, mostly as a stress response, but worse than the weight gain I’ve lost length because of the fat pad, even bone pressed.

My wife and I have a new years plan to drop weight.

I’m looking forward to seeing 7 1/2” rock hard again instead of less than 7.

Traction devices are the only documented and proven method of PE. That is why I mentioned it.

They are also proven to increase head girth:

“No significant difference was found regarding proximal penile girth. However, it was not the same regarding the circumference of the glans penis (9.3 ± 0.86 cm vs. 8.8 ± 0.66 cm, P < 0.05).”

I also mentioned the curve and the plaque because it seems I have Peyrione’s disease and traction devices are well documented to be effective in treating that as well.

It is for these reasons I want to incorporate an extender from early. But since they are expensive and demand time dedication I need to know which is best based on experience.

Also I have no issues going past goals. I just have realistic goals. In my opinion 1” x 0.5” is quite an ambitious goal to begin with.

Stay away from devices for the first six months. Do manual work using the newbie routine. Once those gains are exhausted then and only then look into PE gear.

Over training, injury, a lack of personal involvement in the process.

And many have excellent results with the newbie routine. Why not give it a chance?

Alpha, a few people here already said that losing weight will be key. I agree with them: adipose tissue not only compromises your cardiovascular health but adipose tissue also releases estrogen, a ‘female’ hormone. It counteracts growth hormone and testosterone, both of which normally help your erection quality.

Start simple, don’t use an extender. Use the linear routine, it’s tried and tested. Free up some time a few times per week - maybe a block of 2 hours. Work out, jelq, shower. When you are done showering you will feel great. Doing it after a work out not only helps because you have more growth hormone circulating, but also because you already are taking time for yourself.

Don’t concern yourself yet with the glans being smaller than you would like: there is a big chance it will get bigger from simple gains in erection quality (EQ).

The order of your goals should be a little different:
1. Drop body fat to under 15%
2. Improve EQ
3. PE to gain length / girth
4. A simple easy maintenance routine

You’ll get there!

All of my gains were only with manual exercises. You can go to a device later, if you are not happy.
