The purpose of this thread is to keep track of my own PE and hopefully inspire other people to do the same.

I am completely new to this and therefore I will start with the Newbie routine 2:1. In this moment I am at 16.9 cm BPEL and 13.5 cm MSEG. My main goal right now is getting to 18 cm and maybe 14 cm in girth.

16.9 cm BPEL and 13.5 cm MSEG is good.
I started with almost the same measurements as you in 2014.

Impressive gains! Have you done this regulary for 4 years?

Today’s exercise done! Going really light the first week/weeks with only 15 sec/stretch and 100 jelqs compared to the recommended 30 sec/stretch and 200 jelqs. I’m also focusing a lot on the warm-ups, all this to prevent injury and to give my penis time to adapt to these completely new exercises.

I’m also considering adding edging to my newbie-routine when doing the kegels. Should I perform these in the start of the pass or in the end?

So, I was doing kegels and edging. I tried to hold a firm grip around the base of the shaft while doing really long kegels to get a nice pump. This made me ejaculate. This have never happened before. I’ve never experienced a orgasm just by flexing the BC muscle. Someone experienced the same?

Hi Pqform!
Yes,but I started very slowly…like when you start going to workout.
I used my extender for more than 4000 hours so far. (non stop) 5 days on - 2 days off.
I think that my gains come from the conbination of jelqs,squeezes and my extender.
I do also “kegel exercise” during the day in my car.
I know that I am now addicted to PE so, I will definitely reach my goal someday.

PS. Warm-up 5-10 min (hot water) is very important.

Workout done!

10 minutes of stretching - up, down, right, left
5 minutes of jelqing (will add on a extra 5 minutes very soon!)

Of course keeping the penis warm with cloth soaked in hot water before the workout and before the jelqing.
