Jooseppi's Routine

I am focusing on adding girth to the lower third of my shaft to get rid of the baseballbat-shape. I clamp as close to the belly as I can with an ok-hold or sometimes with a clamp and the squeeze above the exercised area to force blood down there and make it expand. I repeat this as long as I feel needed, normally the whole process takes about 20 minutes. After that I apply cold water as a cool-down for 1-2 minutes.
