Warmup: A good 5 minute hot-towel wrap application.

Stretches: I tend to go through many different types of stretches, but these are the ones I regularly use:
10 minutes of 2 minute stretches in each direction (down, down-left, left, straight out, etc).
JAI stretch, usually 2 sets of 2-3 minutes.
Stretch from both sides, one hand near the head pulling away, and one at the base pulling towards (do not remember the name of the exercise), usually 2 sets of this for 1-2 minutes.

Jelqs: Normally 5-10 minutes of low erection level (10-30%) milking towards the floor.
Another 5-10 minutes jelqing at different angles, usually towards the ceiling or straight out, these are generally at 30-40% erection level.

Warm-down: 5 minutes hot-towel wrap/shower.
